Great place and great price!
Pros:

The staff was exceptional! From Allen the manager, Katrina our hostess and my favorite Waitress Maica. As well as cook staff and door men!!! Great experience!

Отлечь очень грязный !!! Ужас полный ! Номер брали с террасой , на полу ламинат весь вздуты вид ужасный , мансарда грязная , где навес там разбитые стекла , навеса нет , на пол нельзя 🚫было ступить мусор грязь под ногами . В душе шторка , которая вся сальная грязная …ужасно … номер не соответствует картинке !!! Реально не стоит в него заселяться … очень очень страшный ….

Отель с виду на ресепшене более менее , номер убитый грязный , старый ламинат , полы вздутые на балконе мансарда , на ней крыша стеклянная , она вся разбитая , был дождь , на веранде нельзя вылы посидеть так как стекл не было в ней сверху ! Дождь затихал в номер , лужи стояли , в общем самое плохое что я видел ! Фото даже не стал делать из-за того чтоб телефон не забивать не кому

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Top ich hätte 10 Punkte vergeben aber 1 Punkt muss weg. ( Dusche )

A decent option for a short stay in Cebu city

Cons:

Das gesamte Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig. Im Restaueant ist kein Coka Cola zur Verfügung gewesen. In der Rooftopbar ist nach einem Mojoto die Minze ausgegangen. Wechselgeld war nicht vorhanden und musste erst vom Personal besorgt werden, obwohl manchmal 7 oder 8 Mitarbeiter ein Schwätzchen hielten. Auch nach Toilettpapier mußte man nachfragen. Insgesamt ein extrem schlechter Service.

We had a good time at Harrols the staff were great
Pros:

Buffet breakfast was included in room price plenty options to choose from. Dinner menu was varied and value for money. Room was clean with toiletries included

Le lit était confortable
La douche était chaude
La Clim fonctionnait très bien
L’ensemble était très propre
Cependant beaucoup de bruit dehors (fêtes, musique…) mais avec des boules quies ça passe très bien
Le buffet est très bien, très varié, que ce soit le matin ou le soir, plus cher le samedi soir alors que c’est le même que la semaine

Pros:

The hotel room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The staff at both the breakfast restaurant and dinner service were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The hotel felt dated, and some of the items in the room were quite old. Compared to other four-star hotels, it did not feel up to the same standard.
