Better and cheaper place existing

The location

Cons:

The carpet in the room, was wavey and looks dirty!
The extra charge on breakfastbuffet for green tea instatt black tea, the first time ever i been charged for green tea on a breakfast buffet!
The noisy staff talking in the restaurant that loud that even we are on the other side we could hear it!
The room even on the 6 floor was noisy, street noise you could hear every car motor the whole night, NO isolation windows very poor

Does what it needs to do, staff were very good & chatty, just feels 1980's.
Pros:

Included breakfast was very good. Big rooms, big bathroom. Staff friendly & talked to use while waiting for meals.

Cons:

Telephone & similar plastic devices where so old they turned yellow. Phone also did not work.

Room service did not deliver towels on 2 occasions. Had to go down to the service desk both times due to the phone not working.

The lock on the bathroom broke while one of us was in it. My friend was trapped in the for 40 minutes while the maintenance person tried to fix it.

Don't go here. The staff steal from my room the last night..they work together.
It's not safe here, they are lying.
Ofcourse some off the staff will be ok.
If you want to keep ur belongings then don't go here.

Excellent stay would definitely go back again was there 16 days and extended 10 days more!
Pros:

Staff was wonderful hotel was convenient location. In fact I extended my stay an extra 10 days I liked it so much.

Cons:

WiFi wasn’t the best would lose signal from time to time, but really a minor issue.
