Pros:

抵達當天京都剛好下大雨，櫃台很貼心地準備毛巾讓大家擦乾，也有準備雨傘。賞櫻季來京都玩，飯店也有專門製作賞櫻資訊，包括交通、花況及門票資訊。三人房房間很大，溫泉浴場很舒適，早餐也非常好吃，還有免費的咖啡bar給顧客享用。

離京都車站後站大概要走路7~10分鐘，附近吃的選擇比較少。

ここのホテルを選んで正解でした！！
Pros:

大浴場があったので、歩き疲れた体にとても良かったです。アメニティーも充実していました。
フロントのスタッフさんもみんな丁寧で優しい人しか居ませんでした。駅からも歩いて行ける距離なので、また京都に来る際は利用したいです！

Nhân viên thân thiên tuy nhiên, chúng tôi là người nước ngoài, khi đi ra ngoài hay quay lại nhân viên không thực sự chào mừng cho lắm vì tôi thấy khi khách người bản địa khác ra ngoài hay quay lại họ thường hô to : Chào mừng ngài quay trở lại . Điều này làm tôi có cảm giác họ có một chút gì đó phân biệt với các khách ở lại
Phòng tắm chung không cho phép người có hình xăm sử dụng. Khá bất tiện cho tôi vì tôi chỉ có một vài hình nhỏ trên người mà không được phép sử dụng bồn tắm chung
