Pros:

Le personnel très gentil au bar, par contre, hôtesse à l'accueil. Pas.
Cool du tout. Ils ont cru que j'avais volé une serviette alors qu'elle était au bar. Je l'avais oublié hier soir.

Yes, we would stay again.
Pros:

Allowing that Koh Lanta is known as a laid back area best for relaxing, this location was fine.

Cons:

Sadly, our first room suffered an ant infestation. Note, they moved us to a new room. But the air conditioner was not working so ... we were moved to a third room which was fine.

Cons:

Wc pönttö vuoti koko ajan. Ulko-ovi ei auennut kunnolla ja jääkaapin ovi hankasi kaapin alustaa. Muovituolit terassilla ovat vanhoja. Aamiainen oli ihan ok.

Very adequate and affordable hotel for a beach holiday
Pros:

The hotel is right on the beach with lovely views from the restaurant and conveniently located near lots of other restaurants, a 7 11 and tour operators

Cons:

The bed was terribly hard and some staff are a bit abrupt. There are different levels of rooms which didn’t seem apparent when we booked looks like the garden bungalows are nicer with softer mattresses

Okay but don’t expect much
Pros:

Two pools, one was very quiet and deeper so it was nicer to lounge at. The view over the sea from the first pool / restaurant is very beautiful. The restaurant staff were very friendly. The room was nice.

Cons:

The hotel staff were a little rude. There was a mistake on their behalf concerning breakfast. They gave us a voucher for free breakfast so we used it, the lady from reception came and shouted at us in front of everyone and we were told we must pay 200B each for an egg and piece of bread. We understand the mistake but they could have handled it much better as we did not feel comfortable staying there anymore and felt we could not return to the restaurant after this. although it was fixed, and they did give us our money back after learning it was their mistake, they were not very nice about it. The pools were dirty, full of insects. The bed chairs were not the best standard but still passable. The bathroom had many insects due to holes in the ceiling and the floor was so slippery I nearly fell many times. It is a wet room but it was so slippery even without showering, there was a step down to it.
