Stayed here on our last night, just wanted somewhere for a few hours sleep as we had to leave for airport at 3.00am and was not paying €200 for a room with breakfast I would miss anyway. Found Pandream on booking.com for €77.00 .
Not five star but good 3 star and decent size room and walk in shower in bathroom, comfortable bed and nice pool area. Close to beach and restaurants close by, plenty of free secure parking.
Pandreams excellent hotel laura was fun n bubble made you feel very welcomed , rooms are really great spotlessly clean bed was very comfortable, cleaning staff where amazing Debbie was so lovely. All the staff made you feel welcome and where extremely friendly nothing was to much trouble. Can’t wait to come back and I have been recommending pandreams to my customers x Thank you all for making our holiday Debbie Michael Senatore.
Stayed here for 5 nights in October. Booked through Easyjet Holidays. Pandream is in a convenient location and is a nice size. Friendly staff on arrival and throughout the stay. Room was clean and functional (and cleaned everyday except Sunday); it did have a small kitchenette but not sure you would be able to cook very much. Parts of the hotel are looking a bite 'tired' but that didn't detract from a nice relaxing holiday. Swimming pool is a good size and when we were there access to sunbeds and umbrellas wasn't a problem. Nice pool bar offering ranger of food and nice drinks (complimentary glass of prosecco on arrival is a nice touch). Has it's own private car park if you've hired a car. It's about a 25 minute walk along the coastal path the the centre of Paphos which is a pleasant walk. Overall would recommend Pandream and would stay here again.
Exceptional Stay at Pandream Hotel, Cyprus!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Pandream Hotel in Cyprus. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and warmth of the staff made me feel right at home.
A very special thank you to Mrs. Charis, the manager, whose professionalism and kindness set the tone for the whole hotel. She runs the place with such care and attention that you can feel it in every detail — from the cleanliness of the rooms to the welcoming atmosphere throughout the property.
I celebrated my birthday there and a bottle of sparkling wine with a warm greeting waited for me in the room.
We also got complimentary drinks at the pool bar to start our stay with a toast.
Antonis at the front desk was incredibly helpful and always greeted me with a smile. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay, answering any question with patience and local insight.
And I have to give a special mention to Daniel at breakfast! He remembered every little detail from my first morning — that I liked olive oil, lemon, and iced coffee — and made sure they were ready for me every single day without even having to ask. That kind of personalized service is rare and truly makes a difference.
The rooms are very big and comfortable. They have a small and well equipped kitchen and our room also has a balcony.
The hotel itself is spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what truly makes Pandream exceptional is the team behind it. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail make it a place I would return to again and again.
Totally a great value for your money!
I Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cyprus — you’ll be well taken care of!
This was our first visit to Pan-dreams hotel in Paphos
We were very impressed with our studio apartment
The kitchen was well equipped with small oven and 2 ring hob, microwave and fridge toaster and kettle
The bathroom was excellent and in good condition with plenty of hot water with white towels changed every day
They were also very soft
The overall size of the room was large with air condition that worked very well
Also we were in the ground floor so we had a patio with table and chairs and a clothes rack
The room was kept very clean and bed linen very regularly
The room could have benefited by having more clothes draws and coat hangers
Great hotel and room plenty of space and everything you need for a great stay will definitely be going back staff so friendly
Just had a lovely relaxing time at the pan dream apartments . The room was very clean and cleaned daily . The staff at the hotel were very friendly especially Laura the bar staff
This our last day at the pandream, most enjoyable chilling week , good size rooms , cleaned every day but Sunday , no fighting for sunbeds , great value for money , close to the beach and a nice stroll to the harbour , or you can catch the bus .
Must try tea for two over the road amazing food at a good price.
Not forgetting Laura who works the pool bar , very friendly and helpful with a laugh you won't forget .
We will most definitely return here x
We first stopped at the pandream last year so we booked it again. Just got back from 10 fantastic days at the pandream just so clean and friendly and spacious apartments everything about this place in my opinion is brilliant all the staff are so friendly and helpful located with shops and bars/ restaurants on your doorstep couple of minutes walk to the beach can't recommend this place highly enough can't wait to go back again in May 2026
Me and my partner stayed here September 2024 (no option for this in drop down). It was a fantastic hotel and the first time I've stayed in self catering. Better facilities than other hotels I've stayed at recently. The rooms were clean, friendly staff, the bar had a good selection and was decent price too.
Rooms: The room was clean and tidy with all essentials for cooking. There was plenty of space for our belonging and there was an almost full size mirror which was great.
Facilities: Cannot fault the facilities at all, plenty to keep us entertained which was fab for self catering. We often used the gym, the table tennis, swimming pool and the big tennis court (you just need to ask for keys and equipment). There are shops next door for any essentials you need too. I think there was always bathrooms and showers by the gym.
Location: Really good location, walking distance to beach and plenty of shops around the area. At night the area was relatively quiet too so we weren't kept awake by anything.
Can't comment on any food as we never ate there. The only downside is there was no lift to the rooms so if you are hard of walking, that could be a struggle but I imagine staff would help as they were nice.
We stayed at Pandream Hotel Apartments in Cyprus for 10 days and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Everything was five-star across the board – the facilities, pool, rooms, accommodation standard, and cleanliness were all exceptional.
A huge highlight was the staff, who were warm, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile. A special mention must go to the maid who cleaned our room daily – she left it immaculate every single time, making it feel as if we were checking in for the first time each day.
The whole team at Pandream made our holiday truly memorable. We can’t thank them enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cyprus. We’ll definitely be back!
Had a fantastic stay here at pandream apartments. Staff so friendly. Lovely bottle of prosecco on arrival 😁. Nothing too much trouble.. lovely and clean..pool fabulous always a sunbed. And fresh pool towels available. Laura at the pool bar was so lovely always smiling and chatty... Great location close to beaches and fab bus service takes you everywhere. I would love to return. Thank you for a lovely stay. Julie Beryl and Jackie. X😁
We went for son wedding apartment was large with upstairs place was spotless cleaners always tidying up i locked myself out of safe reported to front desk the guy rang to someone before I got to my door mark was there lol to help me and he fixed air-conditioning while he was there so thanks Mark and lisa and older gentleman on desk couldn't do enough for people and big thanks to lady worked in bar she looked after everyone all day 😀 👍
We came home yesterday after a fantastic week at Pandream. All staff were brilliant, rooms clean, spacious and comfortable and we had a lovely terrace which was large and shaded. There was never a rush for sunbeds and the pool was excellent. Pool bar was great - food and drinks served with a smile and the location brilliant for us. I hope we’ll be back again soon - highly recommend. Thanks to all at Pandream who made our holiday stress free and perfect.
This was our first time in Paphos for over 20 years and we couldn't fault this hotel, it's in a good location with a handful of restaurants/bars nearby and the harbour only a 20min walk along the seafront path. There's a supermarket connected to the hotel and one across the road with an ATM machine both open until midnight so no problem getting essentials on the late night arrivals. The rooms look to have been modernised recently and well equipped. The rooms were cleaned to a high level along with the rest of the hotel (the shower gel/soap supplied in the room is a nice touch and smells amazing). Mark was always busy cleaning the pool and general maintenance around the hotel and Laura works tirelessly behind the bar and serving food, both a credit to the hotel, I'm sure there's a lot more unsung hero's working hard behind the scenes, cleaning the rooms and preparing food but didn't manage to get their names. We had no trouble getting sunbeds although you still get families reserving beds first thing and not turning up until the afternoon but didn't impact anyone wanting beds. We can't recommend this hotel enough and wouldn't hesitate to come back. If I had to be really picky the rooms are just missing a set of drawers to enable you to unpack fully as there's just a wardrobe with six hangers but that didn't distract us from a great holiday. The pool opens from 0845 to 1900, and the bar 1030 to 1830. The Fiesta bar/restaurant is close by with reasonable priced cocktails/food and live football, tea for two is just across the road serving traditional English food, and a couple of Italians all close by, and a few bars further down the road. All in all I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone, hope to return in the near future.
Basic, friendly enough and clean. Room was large (we were on 3rd floor) travelling with my wife and teenage son, big double bed (very firm mattress) and 1 sofa bed (a proper bed would have been nicer). Arrived late on Sunday night/Monday morning. Welcomed in by Ian very pleasant chap. Pool area clean...no problem getting sunbed and had long opening hours. Pool bar well stocked and again very friendly lady working the bar. We stopped self catering as loads of bars/restaurants near by and bus stop close to venture further afield (€2.50 single/ €6.50 unlimited daily travel) with very regular service. Only downside and very minor was being lied to by chap on desk final day.. asked for late checkout as pickup to airport was 9pm and was at work at 6am next morning was told should be OK as late as Saturday afternoon as no one booked into that room but told sunday morning at 7am it's not possible as new guests were arriving, which was fine as aware could happen, only to see other guests that were stopping that week given our room for late checkout (they actually also left 20 mins before us) their need was probably more important which is ok...just no need to lie to us, just left a bit of a sour feeling, honesty would always be the best policy going forward. Overall a decent place to stop but lacking a 'wow' factor.
We arrived late Monday evening and was assisted to our rooms on the third floor by a very helpful chap in reception. Our apartment was very spacious with plenty of room for the three of us, apartment was air-conditioned which at this time of year is an absolute necessity. There is a lovely atmosphere at this complex. It’s not over large and has a very family friendly feeling about it, never had any issues at pool side i.e always sunbeds available pool was never overcrowded and the use of inflatables was allowed which gave great fun for everyone. We were self catering for the 2 weeks we stayed and there is a supermarket on site with all the necessary necessities that you need. Travelling further a field the local bus service will take you to Paphos Harbour for €2 one way per adult or the opposite direction to the waterpark again for €2 per adult very reasonably priced and very regular service every 10 minutes or so. Plenty of local restaurants to eat in of an evening with a variety of Chinese Asian English, American Italian et cetera available.
The complex itself was very clean. Our room was clean. Daily towel changes were more than expected including bedlinen as well. Our housekeeper looked after us extremely well. Overall we had a very very pleasant stay at the Pandream and would not hesitate in rebooking a return visit to Cyprus here in the future highly recommended as I said very friendly staff here always ready for a chat, always helpful with information about tours cabs all local information et cetera can be got at the reception.

We stayed here for 2 weeks from the 23/7/25. We came to paphos because our son was getting married and we wanted a more family run feel of accommodation and pandream certainly didn’t disappoint. Upon arrival we discovered that our veranda was a bit like a paddling pool so the next morning my husband alerted reception and mark the maintenance man swiftly sorted a pipe from the air con that didn’t quite reach the drain. We also asked for extra hangers for the wardrobe as we all had wedding outfits, these were swiftly provided too. The room was massive with plenty of storage space for myself, my husband and our 12 year old son, beds really comfortable and excellent housekeeping during our stay. The pool was amazing and a complete god send during a Cyprus heatwave. There was a wall of inflatables for guests to enjoy and play with which I thought was lovely! The pool bar was amazing Laura looked after us so well and I enjoyed chatting away to her oh and she made the most amazing cocktails. The pool bar food was very tasty and all was good value for money. On the whole all staff from reception through to the cleaners were lovely and friendly and very approachable. Location was brilliant a few minutes walk to bars and restaurants we particularly enjoyed dining at fiesta, tea for two, the rib shack, Romeo’s ( the suckling pig and kleftico were to die for! They also have a takeaway about 2 doors down where the kebabs and pizza was amazing! Happy island was a slightly further walk but well worth it if you like traditional Greek experience and the food again was amazing.
The harbour which is gorgeous was a short drive and only a 5 minute drive with plenty of car parking spaces and local taxis cost 12 euros for a small taxi and 14 for a larger one. I also highly recommend the kings restaurant on the harbour food and staff amazing, slightly more expensive but very worth it.
Back to pandream our departure day turned into a near disaster as the private taxi that was booked with our travel agent refused to take us to the airport as our cases wouldn’t fit in her car! Even though upon arrival they had picked us up in a people carrier for some reason they turned up for departure in a Mercedes which was never going to fit 3 suitcase plus hand luggage by this point I had to attempt to calm my 12 year old autistic son down whilst we were stressing ourselves of what to do! Thankfully my husband went to reception where the lovely lady ( unfortunately we didn’t catch her name) swiftly organised a 7 seater that we paid for! Which promptly arrived and took us on our way to the airport. I would not hesitate to recommend pandream and I would go again in a heartbeat so much so that we’re currently looking to book again! Amazing and thankyou pandream for making our stay one of the very best we’ve been on!
We stayed at Pandream hotel apartments for 7 nights - we had 2 apartments and we stayed in the “deluxe” apartments.
A short 20 minute drive from Pafos airport. We have our own hire car and were able to use the car park for the duration.
Open kitchen / living room, with a balcony. TV, WiFi, kitchen had a cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, toaster, and your basic amenities to cook with. Also aircon worked well in this area.
Bedroom again very spacious, bed was comfy, however the pillows were lumpy and clearly very old. Aircon worked well in the bedroom. Very little wardrobe space, only one small section, which also contained the free safe to be used. No other real storage space I.e drawers to put your stuff away ( not a massive issue as I don’t tend to unpack everything. This room also had another balcony to go out onto. No full length mirror throughout the room though.
Bathroom - smallest of the areas, shower was clean, good power to the water pressure. Our sink had a sulphur smell from the drain but I just bought some drain cleaning stuff from the shop which worked a treat.
It had shaver / toothbrush plugs and also a good hair dryer. Came with shampoo and shower gel which smelt loverly, I never use the provided toiletries so couldn’t say if they were nice to use. As this was the “deluxe” room it also came with bathrobes and slippers to use.
The room had a free bottle of cava as a welcome gift, and we were given “welcome drink” vouchers which you could have a beer / wine or soft drink with.
The bar had very strange opening time of 1030hrs - 1830hrs - with food being served will 1500hrs. Large selection of alcohol although it states Smirnoff vodka etc being poured when it was actually Glens. Same with other spirits too.
You can get towels from the bar to put on your sun lounger but they are fairly small.
The loungers were in high demand and the majority of days they did run out of the loungers.
The pool was clean, decent size, everyone appears to have left there inflatables which everyone was using.
Location was good, lots of shops to grab food / drinks etc - lots of restaurants to choose from. About a 30/40 minute walk down to the harbour.
Downside - we asked for a late check out on our final day ( our flights were not until 2305hrs) as you have to be out for 1100hrs - to be told they have no spare rooms or the ability for a late check out ( this appears to be as they don’t have any room
Cleaners on site after around 1500hrs).
A very rude staff member told me after I explained the situation and I was hoping to keep my elderly father his room at least “ I suggest you find another hotel to book a room there”. We spoke with another 5 different guests who were all in the same situation and had been told no late check out available. If I had of known this from the start I would have just booked the extra day to allow us to have a room.
We used the “shower” room which is down stairs, and felt worse after using it, the room was hot, humid, no air-con, no where to store you clothes when trying to change and the entire floor was flooded in both the men’s and women’s showers. ( there was only one shower in each room).
This final interaction and not being able for any guest to get a late check out has put a large negative on experience. I don’t know how you would manage this with children.
We stayed at Panadream Hotel Holiday Apartments and had a fairly mixed experience.
Within the first 10 minutes of arriving—after a long flight—we discovered that one of the cupboard doors was hanging off its hinges. We had to physically hold it up to stop it from falling. When we informed the male receptionist, his response was simply: “I don’t know what you want me to do about this.” No apology, no offer to help—just completely dismissive, which was disappointing and frustrating.
To make matters worse, we also encountered a rude cleaner during our stay, which added to the feeling of being unwelcome. Basic courtesy seemed to be lacking from some of the staff.
On the positive side, the pool area was lovely—clean and quiet—with plenty of free sun loungers available. The bed was comfortable, and the overall resort was peaceful, which made it easier to relax. There are a few corner shops and mini markets nearby, which were convenient for picking up supplies.
However, if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, be aware that dining out could be difficult. There aren’t many nearby options that cater to special dietary needs.
In summary, while the location and pool were nice, the poor customer service and staff attitude—including from the receptionist and cleaner—let the place down. A bit more hospitality and attention to maintenance would go a long way
