Very enjoyable and cozy
Pros:

This is the second time I stayed at this Hotel. I love the location and facilities provided. Also, on my first night there was a beeping in my room, and a girl from staff sorted it out quickly and without any hesitation. I really appreciate all the help provided. Also I love the fireplace close to my bed!

Cons:

There is nothing I did not like, but the pool area would be more enjoyable with additional furniture instead of just having chairs.

Pros:

Less than 5 minute walk to the Gondola! Had an in room sauna and fire place for a pretty good deal. Very nice and accommodating staff and they were able to hold our bags till check in so we could hit the slopes right away!

Pros:

I went to Whistler to ski, so the location of the hotel, its nearness to the ski lifts was of primary importance.
The hotel room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Nice room
Pros:

The Queen Suite is very spacious. Amazed with the private sauna room. Staff are responsive and very helpful. Location is excellent.

Cons:

It would be better to provide bench or chairs in the ski room so customers can put on the ski equipments, especially ski boots more comfortably.

Good but can be better
Pros:

Location and staff were great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

This was my first stay with you. I stayed with hotels comparable to your in location, price, and amenities every year.

The room was a little out-dated but comfortable. The problems were small, easily fixed, but should not be ignored: When I checked in, the temperature meter and microwave were not working. They were fixed the second day. No paper towels and recycle bin in the kitchen; only decaf coffee packets were provided (I got some regular coffee the second day.).

This was the first time in a hotel I couldn't find the Fox News Channel. You have a local Fox channel. These days, many people like me must listen to both sides get a whole picture of what's happening in the world. The hotels I stayed all always have Fox along with ABC, CBS, NBC, and PBS.

A great location with room options to meet your needs
Pros:

Location is great. Great access to lifts and the main village. Blackcomb village is a short walk away. One bedroom is spacious with a full kitchen for convenience and cooking option.
