Not as advertised, but the staff was nice
Pros:

The staff was lovely, and you definitely cannot fault the location.

Cons:

The entire hotel was under construction, and ammenities that we were told would be included at booking were not available.
The pool (the reason we booked) was under construction
The elevator was not in service, which was extremely difficult for handicap or stroller accessibility
We booked a queen room and the bed was not the size that was advertised
There were extremely loud construction noises at night, until 10pm, which kept us all awake.
The windows did not have screens on them, which was a huge safety concern with our toddler.
We were overcharged for our booking, and received a charge for parking despite not using parking.

Great location, wonderful staff
Pros:

Central, great location and easy to find for check in and parking etc

Cons:

The elevator wasn’t working during our stay, which we did know ahead of time!
Ending up with a room on the highest floor made it a little more difficult than planned, but still overall a great stay

Was not an enjoyable experience
Pros:

We’ve been staying at this property for thanksgiving for 27 years. Is close to everything has full kitchen for cooking dinner.

Cons:

Building is under major renovations. Property management did not advise guests ahead of arrival that elevator had been out of service since mid September. Our room was on 4 th floor. Grinding and banging began at 8:00 am . At one point power went out and we were advised to stay in our room until it came on because there was no emergency lighting in hallways or staircase. They put out glow sticks and flashlights. We did not stay our full stay. We packed up and went home. We requested a refund and after negotiation with hotel. The agreed reimbursement of our parking and half of our stay even though we left early due to the conditions.

Good hotel to stay once everything is back in good working order.
Pros:

The room has a decent kitchenette, very handy for longer stays. Sitting area has two comfy chairs, one side even has a reading light fixture, which is rare these days. Dining area also very nice, with plenty of light for reading and writing!

Cons:

No internet connection during our short stay. Staff claimed it was due to power outage two days ago, but hotel computer seemed to be working with no issues. Also due to construction, pool and hot tub closed indefinitely, non working elevators as well. On check out, I requested a receipt, staff said printer was also not working. I did get a digital copy via email.

Booking. Com this is scam . Very awful experience 3 floor walk with all tge switcase

Nothing no elevator , elevator didn’t work , how possible in hotel they gave us room at the 3rd floor with no elevator
In the website you said swimming pool and hot tub, none of them work

They said pool is not working, at 9pm group of white guy they jumped to pool and swam just
