The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Pros:

I wouldn't know. Even tho, I had a booking.com confirmation, they told me the hotel was overbooked and the told me to leave.

Cons:

Getting told there were no rooms left upon arrival. Even though I had booked ,paid, received confirmation, paid for parking and filled out a registration form that was fully processed. I arrived and they proceeded to say they had no rooms and there was nothing they could do. It was after midnight and all the other hotels were fully booked.

Nice place and location but poor service
Pros:

Place is nice. Well equipped and location is good. However staff is not trained to keep customer first.
There is hardly any concept of service . Staff seemed college students ,untrained to do their job.

Pros:

Decent price for a hotel in whistler. Large room with full amenities including a kitchenette and eating area. Bed was very comfortable. Located right in the village with easy access to everything.

Cons:

Great that there is underground parking available at the hotel but it's an extra charge. Bathtub could use an upgrade as it's stained and damaged.

Pros:

Had to stay here for the night as we were stuck in whistler from a crash on the sea to sky. I made the rezo quite late but the staff were super helpful and kind and gave us free parking for the night. Overall a great experience and I will definitely stay here again

Pros:

가족이 5명이 이용했습니다.
방 2개, 욕조가 딸린 화장실이 3개라 아주 편안히 잘 이용하고 왔습니다. 특히 거실에 소파 베드가 넓어서 좋았어요. 화장실 마다 드라이기랑 타올이 모두 완비되어 있어서 부족함이 없었습니다. 휘슬러 곤돌라 바로 앞이라 곤돌라 이용하기도 좋았고 주변에 괜찮은 레스토랑들도 많아 좋았어요. 오래된 호텔이라 큰 기대 없었는데 청결했고 주방이 좀 좁았지만 적당한 사이즈의 방에 화장실에 사우나까지 아주 만족스러웠습니다.
