Hôtel Le Président

Appalling customer service between both Hotels.com and Le Presidente, whereby both parties were unresponsive, unwilling and avoided all responsibility to deal with my cancellation of a secondary night 48hrs in advance. And I was assured when checking in that both parties would address this concern -only to be later informed of a strict policy to withhold funds for the secondary night. Management was unresponsive, avoided Hotels.com and our calls And, Eric did not make himself available. No follow-up, multiple calls to both parties who differed responsibility to the other. While travelling with my daughter to attend university at Bishops I frequent the area often and have had no issues with either The Delta, Holdsy Inn etc. Extremely frustrated, disappointed and will no longer use this service - and I’m sure this will also fall on deaf ears as you stick to the principle of retaining my funds.

Room was clean, but basic, no luxurious upgrades. hotel common areas were pristine and very appealing to use, ei pool area and the front courtyard looked so relaxing. Check in and check out was seamless for my stay, although issues with other guests(heard a few disgruntled guests complain when I was at the front desk) made me feel like maybe their process might be outdated and easily prone to error/miscommunication.
All in all for the price, I would stay here again.

Clean, tidy and comfortable room.
A long way from lift so carried our bags up/down 3 flight of stairs to ba x ck carpark.
No facility to boil water for a cup of tea
Didn't bother with breakfast.

Comfy matress, dark curtains.

Everythungs qas food except the wifi and internet that's sooooo bad

There is a stuffy smell throughout all the dark corridors. The hotel is due for some renovations . There was no exercise room at all. Basically I would not recommend it

We stayed two night. Arrived very late the first night but someone was available to check us in right away. No wait time. The pool is open until late which was great!

We were surprise that you still have that dirty rug for flooring. Parking was great, air conditioning also.
We did not have breakfast there since we were wait a the restaurant door for about 10 minutes no one came to sit us down so we left and went to a other restaurant.

Location

Staff was amazing! Rooms and amenities were great. Only complaint was that we were there for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned so the coffee and bath items were not ever replaced.

Hot water not availble in rooms (kettle or other) not at front desk.
Coffee machin in room, dirty, full of sediment. Even after two boils, water was yellowish

The beds are really comfortable and the shower has awesome water pressure

Terrible hotel. Poor service, not clean. Will never be back.
