It was just fine except for the lack of exercise facilities and no on- site breakfast option.
Pros:

The staff is very warm, welcoming, helpful- exceeded expectations.

Cons:

We were very disappointed “fitness room”, which consisted of a treadmill, exercise bike and an elliptical type machine. There were no free weights or even room to exercise. The “room” is located in a basement, unheated room. The amenities included in the hotel description should NOT note the availability of an exercise room. My hotel selections are always based on the availability of an exercise facility.

We did not stay because of the windowless room and the 25 steps to the basement

The room had no windows and it took about 20 steps to get down to the basement where the room was located. Horrible. We did not stay as a result of the windowless room and the 25 steps to the basement

Nice but probably won't stay there again.
Pros:

Dinner was good. Nice building and pictures. Nice tea/coffee station.

Cons:

Didn't realize our king suite was subterranean so NO VIEW, and loud with traffic especially as it started early in the morning. Needed a step stool in either side to comfortably climb into bed.

Historical hotel that is close to everything. Beautifully restored and elegantly decorated.
Pros:

Front desk Clerk was very personable. She showed us to our room and gave a quick history lesson on the way. Top Notch!

We were looking for a king size room for our week away, and the Inn exceeded expectations!
Pros:

The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable! The attention to detail and customer service was superb! We have already booked out next stay with them, the pub is also delicious with great prices and huge portions!

Very pretty room. And comfortable.

Cons:

I book expecting to arrive have dinner and sleep. No where on 2 booking sites did it tell me that the restaurant was closed on Sunday. Big disappointment. Overall very clean but top of coffee pot was super dusty. Yuck.

Pros:

Everything was so nice and clean. Staff was fantastic and helped us with anything we needed. We enjoyed a great meal in the pub as well. In a great area with lots to do and was easy to get to everything. Will be coming back here again

Cons:

We loved our room however it was very noisy having people above us. I woke up every morning to what sounded like someone running up and down the hall upstairs.
