Outstanding, historic gem!
Pros:

Beautiful historic building, comfortable large room with great bed, shower and AC. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Parking on site was convenient and free. Just a few mins walk from town. Faultless!

We had a lovely stay at the Federal Pointe Inn. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, little details on the history
Pros:

Historic and beautiful, fantastic customer service, nice touches like the ice water and tea/coffee in lobby.

Cons:

Nothing although our room could maybe use an additional lamp.

Beautiful hotel but kept awake by a loud ventilator system.
Pros:

Beautiful, almost museum like building with spacious rooms, right on the edge of town.

Cons:

No A/C on a hot day isn’t great and the open windows didn’t do the trick. Somehow there was a ventilator going we couldn’t shut down and was very loud.

It was just fine except for the lack of exercise facilities and no on- site breakfast option.
Pros:

The staff is very warm, welcoming, helpful- exceeded expectations.

Cons:

We were very disappointed “fitness room”, which consisted of a treadmill, exercise bike and an elliptical type machine. There were no free weights or even room to exercise. The “room” is located in a basement, unheated room. The amenities included in the hotel description should NOT note the availability of an exercise room. My hotel selections are always based on the availability of an exercise facility.

Nice but probably won't stay there again.
Pros:

Dinner was good. Nice building and pictures. Nice tea/coffee station.

Cons:

Didn't realize our king suite was subterranean so NO VIEW, and loud with traffic especially as it started early in the morning. Needed a step stool in either side to comfortably climb into bed.

We did not stay because of the windowless room and the 25 steps to the basement
Cons:

The room had no windows and it took about 20 steps to get down to the basement where the room was located. Horrible. We did not stay as a result of the windowless room and the 25 steps to the basement
