We spent 4 nights here with our family. Our flight arrived very early, and upon request we were allowed to check in earlier, which we appreciated.
The location of the hotel is excellent. The room is not very large, but it is an acceptable size even for three adults. It is generally quiet, although at night or early in the morning some noise can be heard when items are being moved from the neighboring hotel.
Our room (on the first floor) had a private bathroom, along with towels and a small amount of toiletries – however, it is definitely advisable to bring your own.
Breakfast is the same every day: a traditional continental option consisting of half a baguette, one croissant, one butter,one jam, and 1-1 a drink.
The bed is comfortable and clean, making it easy to rest well. Since we did not spend much time in the hotel, it was suitable for our needs.
There were a few rules that were not communicated in advance, but we only became aware of them during our stay:
1)You may use the kitchenette, but you are not allowed to take purchased food to your room or eat there. This is not a request but a rule, although it is not clearly stated. Instead, you may use the breakfast area if you wish to eat.
2)For breakfast, guests staying in the same room are expected to come down together, as it may cause inconvenience if you arrive separately.
3)At breakfast, please wait to be seated rather than choosing a table on your own.
The room does not have a refrigerator or a kettle. The bathroom is clean, although there is often a noticeable sewage smell.
Overall, the hotel is adequate, clean, and meets basic expectations. However, during our stay I felt there was some room for improvement in communication. I occasionally found the owner’s manner somewhat impatient, which made the experience less comfortable for me. I believe a slightly more open and guest-oriented approach would further enhance the overall experience.

The location is excellent, close to the Parisian highlights, the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and close to a metro station. The room was small, but clean and comfortable.
The breakfast is French, not British. That means a sweet, tasty croissant, but no eggs, bacon, cheese, vegetables... However, I expected that, so I was actually satisfied.
Posizione ottima, vicina alla metro e a due passi da Notre-Dame. Davanti all' hotel c'è la zona pedonale. Staff gentile e disponibile. Ottima e abbondante la colazione tradizionale.
