Descanso com muito conforto
Pros:

O hotel é fabuloso tem um café da manhã completo e muito variado, almoço e jantar maravilhoso.
Tem muitas atividades é excelente para quem tem crianças, super seguro e tem piscina infantil e uma piscina de adulto com um bar lindoooo
Funcionarios excelentes e muito educados
Adorei o Wilson e a Cicera são uns fofo
Vale muito a pena conhecer

Caótica, decepcionante e exemplo do que fazer para um cliente nunca mais voltar!

Recepção tumultuada, morosa e ineficiente, pois não passaram bem senha de Wi-Fi, muita fila e processos mal estruturados, pois ficamos 30 minutos esperando pelo check in.

Cons:

Tumulto na recepção e morosidade no check in, na manhã do domingo fomos acordados com imenso barulho de obra, gritaria nos corredores, fila para café da manhã, vidros na recepção sujos e cheio de marcas de mão… péssima experiência. Ficamos num anexo super longe da recepção em outro prédio. Detestei e não foi a experiência de outros Bourbons. Funcionários pouco cordiais, café da manhã bem ruim, ovo mexido super aguado, sujeira no restaurante, persianas imundas, turma da recreação fazia mais barulho que as crianças, tornando ainda mais caótica e frustrante a experiência do café da manhã. Recepcionista do restaurante pouco atenta, tento que ficar repetindo o número do apartamento. Ao reclamar do barulho da obra para a recepção, simplesmente validaram dizendo que se tratava de obra, sem solução alguma, só descaso. Em um diária deixei

Cons:

O hotel deve-se atentar ao uso dos salões utilizados para eventos de empresas. A quantidade de gente e o uso do elevador tornou difícil a movimentação para ir até o café da manhã e se deslocar dentro do hotel.

Not awesome stay
Pros:

There was a pool in the hotel. The breakfast is ordinary, but it’s ok.

Cons:

The hotel is not new. There were 2 buildings and the big problem with elevator exists.
Also the smell in the halls are quite bad - there should be some aroma diffusers and so on.
Also there isn’t any kettle in the hotel and there is a big problem with hot water for tea
