Don’t walk by stop @ eat.
Pros:

Wow!! Just had a fab breakfast at Luz. Been here several weeks and found the quality of food excellent. Service & presentation 1st class. The whole ambience shows quality from the furniture to the place settings. It is a pleasure to have a meal served by Charlotte and cooked by Lauren.
We wish you both all the best for your future.

- dostałam łóżko „ na kółkach” pojedyncze które odjeżdżało od ściany przy każdym ruchu - to absolutnie fatalne rozwiązanie

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, wenn man nicht so lange Anfahrten mit dem Mietwagen möchte. Busverbindung ca 20 Min zu Fuss. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Afslappende ophold med god mad i pæn og grøn område
Pros:

De har fremragende kok på hotellet. Mad er rigtig god. Det er virkelig ren alle steder. Personale er meget hjælpsom. Virkelig fantastisk sted.

Det er en del af trapper. Det er ingen problem når man kan gå uden problemer.

Hotel con habitaciones apartamento ideales para familias en el norte de la isla en entorno tranquilo
Pros:

La comodidad de tener un apartamento, con tele en la habitación y en la sala de estar con sofá cama, facilita cuando vas en familia. La piscina exterior climatizada tranquila y muy agradable. Se aparca muy bien. El conserje de la mañana fue muy amable y nos dio las mejores explicaciones de qué hacer en la isla.

Cons:

Por poner alguna pega: Desayuno un poco repetitivo. Nos mojamos por una tormenta y no pudimos hacer servir servicio de lavandería de un día para otro nos dijeron por no tener secadora. Hay que vestirse con pantalón largo para las cenas en la terraza del restaurante.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, im Restaurant und beim Service war sehr natürlich und außergewöhnlich. Besonders die unkomplizierte Lösung unseres Problems durch Alonso: Ich bin schwerbehindert und die meisten Zimmer des Hotels sind nur über viele Treppen - ohne Aufzug - zu erreichen. Ja, ich hatte bei der Buchung nicht auf meine Behinderung hingewiesen. Und so kam es, dass wir ein Zimmer erhielten, welches für mich aufgrund der vielen Treppen unerreichbar war. Alonso regelte dies durch ein Upgrade in ein für mich erreichbares Zimmer.😊
