Dynasty Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Hotel looked good from the outside but the rooms looks bad. Especially bathroom walls were dirty. The morning breakfast was a total disappointment. The chef was cooking pan cakes and sneezing beside the stove. Was disgusting. Calls made for room service and hose keeping was really bad. Looks like they don’t have enough staffs. Only good thing about the hotel is location and big rooms. Since I had a appointment close by, considering the traffic in KL I took this hotel. And for money I paid for the room and additional for the breakfast, was unworthy stay.

Kindly provide good wifi & also tv channels.

During my stay no wifi & no tv channels due to Unifi server down.

Please look into this and avoid this in the future.

Also provide bath gel/shampoo other than bar soap only.

Old n dirty carpet...but large room n nice staff....I like the furniture in the hotel

Internet not good. Old hotel. Neighborhood not good.

The gym was old n worn out. Opening times varied. Front desk staff was overall friendly but not responsive and honest. The gym opening hours states 7am. When I approached the front desk after finding the gym closed at 7.25, he insisted the timing is 8am and wanted to walk away. I had to insist the timing was 7 , only then he called the gym n say they are opening.

Check in on 03 May was not a pleasant experience. Staff insisted my booking was cancelled until I called hotels.com. Only then I was allowed to check in. Very poor customer service. 3 confuses staff at the front desk. Kept insisting my booking was cancelled until they got a call from hotels.com.

Fridge not working. Ironing room had no lights at night, had to use phone flash light to shine while trying to iron.

Aircon temperature in the room was good. Overall very old hotel that looks dated and in dire need to an update and overhaul

Booking for bed king but i got 2 single bed, smelly in bathroom... chef should wear a clean uniform white clr...eventually chef cooked inside but people can see when his go out to topup the meal.

during my check in, i had to change 3 time before i get better room.

The executive rooms are ok, the bathroom tends to overflow but they are generally clean.

We have stay 3 days Check in 15/3 to 18/3, the first day after Check in we have change rooms between 4 hours due to room conditions, water problem, bed problem, Cockroaches, lighting, tv and etc. We requested queen saiz bed until end up with 2 single bed. The management need to look into the facility and condition of each every rooms seriously.

For me..at the 1st glace at lobby area..seems so nice and good.When it come rooms...i feel a bit uncomfort because of:
1.furniture inside the room can consider too old even sofa seems so dirty and colour of the sofa have change to dirty colour.
2.bathroom...water inside .seems change to red colour and a bit smelly.I believe this water come from water tank and never been clean and wash.

Location is excellent but hotel condition is terrible! Staff was not friendly. Checkin process was slow. Incomplete amenities, toilet flush not functioning well, poor room maintenance etc.
