Native Hyde Park

Could not be happier, it was a wonderful experience. Red was a superstar and nothing that we could have asked for was not given - room is great and very spacious and we had two dogs there too - wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at Native Hyde Park. Stayed for 6 nights as a couple and adult daughter in Premium One Bedroom.

Location is very convenient... easy walk to Paddington station or Lancaster Gate station. Lovely to be able to walk in Kensington Park and through Jyde Park.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. We especially appreciated the nespresso compatible coffee machine with pods provided. Important to note that in the premium one bedroom in which we stayed, the king bed and bathroom with showet were on a mezzanine level up a spiral staircase, so wouldn't work for guests with mobility issues. Also note that the bed for the 3rd guest is a sofa bed.

Location is absolutely golden. Close access to both paddington station and Lancaster station.

The room atmosphere is cozy, plenty of space for luggages with dining table space for resting time.

Beds were comfortable. Love the towel warming rack.

Minus one star because kitchen’s appliances seems old (kettle bottom peeling off) and a lot of car roaring noises at night.

Staff were friendly and helpful, there is concierge 24 hours, check in all done online, making the whole process easy.

Convince close to paddington, easy walk to hyde park , friendly helpful staff . Room could be enhance more coffee- only decaf coffee in room. Should consider calling taxi for the patrons

We loved our little London flat. It was in the heart of several attractions, walking distance to Paddington Station and close to great food and souvenir shops. We appreciated the early check in and the rooms were spacious and cute! The front lobby was decorated with Christmas flair and the staff was friendly. We did not have an espresso machine in our room, so the only coffee available was instant. I would have appreciated another coffee option. I would stay here again the next time I am in London.

Room (premium one bedroom) was nice base for exploring London. Only complaint was that the listing for that room type suggested that the second bed was a single bed (i.e. an actual bed) and it turned out to be a pretty uncomfortable foldout couch (ok for a kid but would be pretty miserable for an adult). With the couch folded out to be the second bed, there wasn't anywhere to sit in the living area except the dining table (or the main bed in the separate bedroom ). Also, as an FYI, you need to do online check-in (the front desk person can help you with it but can't check you in directly like a 'normal' hotel).

Overall my stay was good. My first stay at a Native property after several stays with Numa. I found the building extremely warm and was glad to be able to open the windows in the room. The amount of space was fantastic and would be great for longer stays. The kitchen was very well equipped. Some of the furniture looked a little old fashioned and drab and the mattress and sofa were not very comfortable. A bit more colour in the rooms would be nice, everything is a bit plain and neutral at the moment. The view from the windows wasn't great but I suppose not much can be done about that. The location was great for transport links, places to eat etc. and in a very walkable area. Overall, a lot of floorspace, storage and living area for the money in this part of London, a great location. I would stay again, but I feel if Native is to be associated with the Numa brand, a little more interior design and modernisation is needed to match Numa properties.

Perfect place to stay! The place was comfortable and quiet. The receptionists and support staff were amazing, and went out of their way to be helpful.

Booked native Hyde park based on locality and needing to be in the area for business. My allocated apartment (LG1) was super spacious and really comfortable. Lovely to have a kitchenette and living space as opposed to a standard hotel brand. Highly recommended and in such a lovely neighbourhood with the park itself minutes away and conveniently close to Paddington and Lancaster travel links.

We had a great stay and we were very pleased with our room. The staff were friendly and helpful.
This was our fourth stay with Native and we were really unhappy with the new requirements for booking in. We did not like that all our personal details were required and even a scan of both sides of our driving license. This seemed excessive for a 4 night stay at an hotel. We like to minimise for security where our personal details are kept and could be used for identity fraud.

We had a pleasant time at the Native Hyde Park. Room was larger than expected and had many more furnishings, including a washer, dishwasher and tub. Room was on the street, so we had a little more noise. Had issues with tub facets and had trouble getting the tub to drain. Overall great location near Padding square and three sub way points.

Spacious and comfortable rooms with access to hydepark Paddington in less than 5 minutes walk , fully equipped kitchen

We had a wonderful stay. It was a brilliant location and staffed reception 24/7 (so handy).
Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a stay near London central.

The apartment was lovely and very convenient to Hyde park and Paddington station.

I had issues with communications. Firstly, I booked through Expedia well in advance, but a few weeks ahead was told they were downgrading me. Now I have to resolve the credit issued with Expedia.

There was also a problem with their systems being hacked. I think I was duped into sending money to an unknown source. I will try to resolve when I am home.

Also when I tried to call/email on-site, they did not answer. I think their claim to 24/7 reception is not accurate. The check-in instructions were received day of.

I stayed here several years ago and it was great, so I booked it again. However, the experience this time did match up. Also, room and services did not align with description. Fire alarm went off multiple mornings. Hallways and lift smelled of cigarette smoke.

The apartments were set up very well. Very clean and comfortable. So easy from Paddington, and good place to make a home base. Not sure why our 2 rooms were switched in our reservation so that the larger party got the smaller room when we had indicated needing the pull out sofa. The front desk staff did not seem very experienced or helpful.

Check in was easy with a pre sent code. Room was brilliant and towel rail was warm already when I arrived.

I stayed here once before and had a very nice day room. This room was a bit beat up and not clean. I found used contact lenses on my night stand. Good location and staff was very helpful.
