Super hot in rooms
Staff were exceptional.
Pillows!
Probably the most beautiful hotel I've stayed at. Perfect for our anniversary! Room and staff were exceptional
Check in was quick. Sue was attentive and accommodating. Easy access to dining and entertainment. Comfortable room with whirlpool tub.
Small scale gym
I was given a free upgrade to a Suite. The staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The Suite was really nice. Both my husband and I were very impressed with the suite and the hotel itself.
There was nothing that I didn’t like. I loved everything.
Beautiful hotel with lovely amenities
We were disturbed at 2am with a phone call to our saying we had food at our door when we didn’t order any. They got the wrong room. I Struggled to get back to sleep after looking forward to a child free night.
We had a great experience. We were upgraded into a suite which we were so excited about and the room was very well designed with stunning interior and awesome features such as a built in wireless charger on each bedside table, lighting that was automated to when you walk past at night.
The only down fall for our room was there was a section of floor in the kitchenette that I could tell hadn’t been mopped (stuff was spilt on black tiles and was noticeable) which made me feel like the room wasn’t super clean.
Loved the pool and spa and the room was lovely. Staff were also so helpful and friendly
The kids were disappointed because from the pictures it looked like we'd have a spa bath in our room. Turned out it was a pic of the spa on level 2 and it's not for kids. We also really wanted breakfast in the room but room service was only lunch or dinner..Still loved our stay though!
The size of the room, view, amenities, cleanliness and staff were amazing, particularly Ali!
N/A
Rooms are huge as are the beds. We have stayed here twice whilst in Sydney and both times have really enjoyed staying.
The rooms are kept spotless, the huge beds are very comfortable and the overall feel of the place is welcoming.
Cannot fault staying here. My only gripe would be the cost of breakfast is a little steep for the amount of food one could consume.
Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location
Nothing I can think of.
Amazing value
Nothing
I liked the room, and location the view was lovely. It is not far from the L1 tram, there are also buses, and the walk to town hall is only 20 minutes. 5 minutes away is a walk around pyrmont, which provides nice scenery. There is lots of food and coffee around that is less than 2 minutes away. The room was relaxing as it had dim lighting and warm colours unlike a lot of places. The sun and noise doesn't get in too much with the block-out blinds, and the bed was very comfortable.
I would have liked a microwave or more milk options for tea/coffee, and some cutlery. I know most hotels don't have this, but as it is pricy I think accommodating these things isn't a bad thing (And it doesn't really expire, so!). We also did not get cutlery apart from teaspoons. We had 8 glasses and no forks (lol!). But really, a lovely stay.
