Pros:

Breakfast and the location of breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Given the price of the location, the facility and infrastructure was pretty average. There is hardly any common area in the hotel besides the restaurant.

Ok ok stay
Pros:

The staff and their behaviour was excellent .breakfast was decent but the guest had to wait for each refilling. however for the money the property was not worth. The facilities amenities in the room was old and uncomfortable or not working. They had well maintained garden which was awesome and the walk way near by was spectacular.

Cons:

The food choice were limited and refill time was big long. Room and facility old fashioned and uncomfortable. The price was bit heavy for the facility provided.

the staff was good and cooperative, buffet also fare

Cons:

Munnar is always cold and much cold in December. But still, the hotel is not providing hot water always, but only in limited timing, which was disappointing especially for families and kids

We will not recommend this hotel to any one and advice not to book this hotel at any rate.
Pros:

Not good. We have not expected such poor quality of food. Very less items in food and poor service.

Good location, and helpful staff but not value for money
Pros:

Location was good, near to the sight seeing places. The rooms were cleanish and hotel was descent enough.

Cons:

The room size was small. The cost did not justify the facilities provided by the hotel. The food was also below average and the buffet cost was way high.

Pros:

It was a last minute plan for us to stay and when we approached the hotel they said they only have online booking, so Bineesh, Sooraj and Saji pitched in and helped us to book the hotel from the booking app, they do have a good customer service, however the rooms could be better, especially the amenities, the breakfast was awesome. Overall it was nice stay

It was overall an ok ok experience. Although we were there for exploring the nature and we did.
Pros:

I liked their open sitting area for breakfast. It was really beautiful and calming.
