良すぎて
教えたくない。
友だちとか家族にだけおすすめしたい。
それくらいに素晴らしいホスピタリティーでした。きちんと会話のコミュニケーションのとれるホテルでした。近頃は外国の方が受付にいる光景を良くみかけますが、やはりそういったところではこのような心あたたまる過ごし方はできないなと、ホテルってこういう所だよなーと改めて感じました。

ホスピタリティが高いホテル
Pros:

那覇の実家へ帰省する際、妻と3泊利用しました。予約時は正直「普通のリーズナブルなビジネスホテル」くらいの認識でしたが、良い意味で完全に裏切られました。
まず、スタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティが素晴らしいです。フロントに限らずどの方に声をかけても丁寧に対応してくださり、宿泊客を第一に考えていることが自然と伝わってきました。
そして「よく眠れること」に本気で向き合っている点が秀逸です。枕、寝間着、ベッド、アメニティのいずれも快眠を支える設計になっており、実際に毎晩ぐっすり眠れました。
朝食バイキングも沖縄料理が並び、3日間それぞれ内容が変わる（フーチャンプルー、タコライス、スパムカレー、ソーキの煮付け、ジューシーなど）ので飽きずに楽しめました。卵焼きの味付けが甘くないのが県民としてはうれしかったです。ウェルカムドリンクはビールこそありませんがお酒の種類が非常に豊富で、22時まで自由にいただけるのもありがたかったです。
来年の帰省でもリピートしたいです！

Cons:

ホテル目の前の駐車場は数が少なく、提携駐車場は安いけど遠いです。夏はちょっと歩くのがしんどいです。近隣のコインパーキングを利用するのがおすすめだと思います。

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Naha. Le gérant de l'hôtel était très serviable et très gentil. Le petit déjeuner était assez varié, avec beaucoup de plats salés. Nous avons adoré le petit resto en face, onetwocurry. Nous avons également adoré le temple chinois recommandé par le gérant de l'hôtel.

Cons:

La chambre était vraiment très petite mais nous avions un bar pour nous poser ce qui était très agréable.

It is in a very good location and the service was great .The breakfast was very delicious and they have a variety of choices everyday . The amenities were great which they me sure that your wellness is being looked after . One of the best hotels in Okinawa 💕we will come back here again for sure !!

Pros:

環境清潔，員工友善熱情，這部份對外國旅客非常重要。
飯店有洗衣機，烘衣機，還有免費飲料吧，非常便利。
早餐美味可口，員工有禮貌，會隨時注意環境清潔及補菜量，非常貼心。

Cons:

房間真的偏小，這是唯一美中不足的地方。

3年ぶりに宿泊したが、スタッフのホスピタリティがたいへん素晴らしい。
スーパーホテルは全国どこを利用してもガッカリさせられることはない。

ラウンジでのアルコール提供や朝食が美味しかったです

室内着が上着しかなかった
入室時に部屋の空調が効いてなく
