Pros:

環境清潔，員工友善熱情，這部份對外國旅客非常重要。
飯店有洗衣機，烘衣機，還有免費飲料吧，非常便利。
早餐美味可口，員工有禮貌，會隨時注意環境清潔及補菜量，非常貼心。

Cons:

房間真的偏小，這是唯一美中不足的地方。

ラウンジでのアルコール提供や朝食が美味しかったです

Cons:

室内着が上着しかなかった
入室時に部屋の空調が効いてなく

Pros:

パジャマが快適でした
ホテルのガウンが嫌いでいつも自分用のパジャマを持って行ってましたが、ここなら必要ないなと思うほどの気持ちいいパジャマでした

Cons:

朝食付きでしたが、スゲジュール上6:30出発でしたので7:00からの朝食が食べられませんでした。
少し早めの朝食があるととても嬉しいです。

Staff and amenities make up for small rooms
Pros:

The staff is very friendly, especially Nadayama. Breakfast is varied and the amenities are great. Free use of comfy pj's during the stay.

Cons:

I had read that the rooms and bathrooms are small. I am a slender person and it was tough for me to move around.
