The location of the hotel is ideal- near the beaches, shops , cafes and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This was our second stay at this hotel and would be happy to book again.

La comida perfecta, los guisados inmejorables, muy buena variedad, con postres caseros, la atención de todos genial, chicas del comedor siempre atentas y con una sonrisa, me ayudaba todos a bajar a mi madre al comedor, , En recepción todos genial , muy simpáticos y cordiales siempre, la habitación que nos tocó daba a la calle yo creo más concurrida de Benidorm, pero si molestaba el ruido puerta balcón cerrada y no se oía nada Salir y tenerlo todo a mano no tiene precio, estábamos en toda nuestra salsa..las habitaciones amplias y cuidadas, muy buenos colchones, espero volver.. gracias a todos

Lo único por poner una pega nuestro baño un poco pequeño, pero todo comodidades en él,

Nos gustó la ubicación,en el centro.
Cerca de la playa Poniente,playa Mal Pas y Levante.
El personal muy,muy amable,la limpieza de las habitaciones impecable.

Cons:

Que la habitación donde nos hemos alojado no tenía nada para colgar las toallas y los bañadores para secar.
La comida buena,pero muy poca variedad.
Y no tiene piscina,pero como estaba cerca de la playa hemos pasado un super finde en familia.

Hotel przyjemny, pokoje i udogodnienia zgodne z zdjęciami i opisem. Lokalizacja dobra, blisko plaży i głównego deptaka. Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Na plus również działająca i wydajna klimatyzacja.

Great location some modernisation required.
Pros:

Hotel is perfectly situated in Old Town. Nice courtyard for breakfast and chilling out of the sun during the day.

Cons:

Hotel room had no Fridge which was very bad news in the height of summer. Also no Tea and Coffee facilities in the room. These two are points that would stop me returning to the hotel. The other being having to rent a key for the safe in my room. Rooms are getting very aged but they are kept clean. The air-conditioning in our room however was very good.

La ubicación está genial!

Cons:

El precio...no considero que esté acorde con lo que ofrece el hotel, pues no tiene piscina, no tiene parking, el buffet estaba muy bien y muy bueno pero muy pequeño, una botella que la recargan ellos de 1L 2€, me parece un poco caro por un par de vasos de agua..Yo creo que si deberían ajustar el precio.
