Pros:

La piscina estaba genial, no había mucha gente y se estaba tranquilo, además tenía una barra para pedir lo que quisieras y la ubicación del hotel era perfecta a tan solo una calle de la playa y el paseo.

Cons:

Fuimos 3 personas y la habitación era muy pequeña como también el baño que era super estrecho para 3 personas, la limpieza se podría mejorar en algún aspecto, no tenia aire acondicionado y el ventilador que había no funcionaba muy bien.

El wifi no llegaba hasta la habitacion, la mampara de la ducha estaba rota y le faltaba una puerta ppr locual se mojaba todo el piso. La habiyñtacion tenia olor a cloaca como si hubiesenun caño roto.

Ubicación fantástica, recomendado
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho, la ubicación genial, muy cerca de la playa, justo cuando ya acaba la zona más comercial de la calle, así que tranquila. Fuimos en Septiembre y pudimos aparcar cerca del hotel todas las veces.
La habitación nos gustó, aunque por ponerle un pero, le cuarto de baño no tenía puerta y es algo que si me hubira gustado que tuviera.
El desayuno muy completo y variado, tiene zona de bar con billar y zona con sofás.
El personal bien.
Es un hotel que recomiendo

Frühstück war okay, die meisten Hotel Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr Central und daher auch Nachts sehr Laut..Bedienung am Abend an der Bar wirkte genervt..defekter Toilettensitz ( der aber Ausgetauscht wurde)

Pros:

Proche de la plage et des restaurants. Une équipe professionnelle et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et l'accueil très agréable avec beaucoup de place

Cons:

Le chauffe eau est très souvent actif la nuit et fait beaucoup de bruit. La douche est une horreur. Juste un receveur....pas de paroie de douche ni de rideaux. On en met partout ce qui est vraiment désagréable. Et les chambres sont mal insonorisées, on entend tout....

Good value but sort out the toilet door issue.
Pros:

The location is perfect.
The pool area is nice however the flower pots are full of cat faeces, so very smelly.
The bar has a good variety of drinks. Some staff are lovely. Housekeeping every day with plenty of towels although I’m not sure all were laundered as a few smelled of body odour and aftershave

Cons:

Be aware !!! The toilet has NO Door which was a massive issue as we were travelling as two friends. To make it worse there is a full length mirror opposite the toilet so anyone in the room can see.

Cons:

Reservamos 3 habitaciones triples para 9 personas y, al añadirse una persona más, llamamos con antelación. El alojamiento nos aseguró que no habría ningún problema, que pagando un suplemento pondrían una cama extra aunque estaríamos algo estrechas. Confiamos en su palabra.

Al llegar a las 11 de la noche, el recepcionista nos recibió con un trato insultante. Nos dijo que había hablado con el director y que esté nos había dicho que en ningún momento no pondría ninguna cama habiendo pagado un suplemento de la tercera persona y estar anotada en la hoja de check in, y literalmente nos dijo que lo máximo era “tirar un colchón en el suelo” y que, si no, una de nosotras debía irse. Literalmente nos preguntó “¿quién se va?”. Además, con un tono prepotente y chulesco, soltó frases como “esto es un hotel de una estrella, ¿qué esperabais?” o “yo no voy a montar nada, me quiero ir a mi casa”.

Diez personas fuimos testigos del mismo espectáculo además de otros clientes que estaban allí: cero profesionalidad, malas formas y una absoluta falta de respeto. Al final, una de nosotras tuvo que marcharse a su casa y menos mal que somos de la isla, porque de lo contrario no sé qué habría pasado. ¿Eso es la solución que ofrece un hotel a un cliente que cumple y paga?

Lo ocurrido no solo es una pésima gestión, sino una experiencia que empañó un momento especial que habíamos planeado con ilusión. Nunca habíamos visto una atención tan deplorable en un establecimiento.

Un hotel puede ser de una estrella, pero la educación y el respeto nunca va ligado a la categoría que tengan un hotel, es innato en un trato humano y más de cara al público.
No volveremos ni lo recomendaríamos jamás.

Schönes Hotel mit Problemen

Die Lage vom Hotel ist der große Vorteil. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit großem Balkon, eher Terrasse, alles sah sehr neu aus.Das Frühstück war gut.Es gab jeden Morgen eine Vielzahl an Brot,Butter/Margarine. Jede Menge Cornflakes, Körner...
Spiegeleier,Rührei,engl.Frühstück.verschiedene Wurst-und Käsesorten und sogar Lachs.Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir hatten im Vorfeld 2 getrennte Betten gebucht,da wir beiden Frauen nur weitgehend verwandt waren. Tatsächlich hatten wir dann nur ein Doppelbett,das auch noch mit einer Seite an der Wand stand, also recht umständlich, vor allem wenn man nachts mal aufstehen muß.Man hatte uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, hier stand dann auf engstem Raum noch ein Bett. Das Bad ist ausreichend,hell,sauber. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn es zumindest in der Dusche eine Ablagemöglichkeit gegeben hätte. Die große Terrasse hatte seitlichen Meerblick,Schön wäre es,wenn die Abtrennung zum Nachbar länger wäre,da man ansonsten den Nachbar im Bett sieht. Der ganz große Nachteil ist aber zum einen, daß das Hotel keine Parkplätze hat,man also in der Umgebung suchen muß,was sehe zeitaufwändig war.Und was eigentlich furchtbar war,die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage!!!!Es war eine unerträgliche Wärme im Zimmer, daran änderte auch der Ventilator nicht viel. Im Sommer würden wir das Hotel auf gar keinen Fall buchen.Sehr schade.
Das Abendessen haben wir nur einmal ausprobiert, bräuchte ich nicht.Hähnchenschenkel trocken ohne Geschmack, Tintenfischringe aus der Tüte, tot fritiert, Gemüse in Wasser gekocht das alles für 14€.Hätte dem Koch gerne gezeigt,wie man lecker spanisch kocht.
