Location next to the Beach is excellent. The Staff are so friendly and work so hard with a smile on their faces to make your holiday special. Cannot Fault the service levels. Rooms are comfortable and modern, hotel is spotlessly clean. Town is about 25 minute walk to the centre but its an easy walk with lots of restaurants and bars en route. Special mention about the professionalism and excellent service provided by Sev at Reception - Costas at the bar who makes the best Brandy Sours and Nisha and Andri at Breakfast who were always smiling and providing excellent service.
The bathrooms - although very clean and relatively modern, are quite small. The Pillows on the bed are a bit too firm - we tried them all including the spare ones in the Cupboard. The Pool area is lovely but the sunbeds are too cramped together and unless you want to get up at 06:30 to put a towel on the beds then almost no chance of getting one. Luckily the Beach is literally on the doorstep and plenty of sunbeds to hire there (10 euro a day for 2 beds and Parasol). There could have been a better selection of Fresh Fruit for Breakfast - but that is a personal preference - there is a lot of choice for Breakfast but not so much fresh fruit and no fresh Orange Juice. Our biggest dislike is when returning to the hotel in the evening, to sit outside having a drink by the bar, if you don't smoke it can be a problem. The Hotel actually provide a hubba hubba pipe(sheesha) - which if used just dominates the outside environment - We only saw that being used one evening and sat as far away as possible but at times it was like sitting in a tobacco cloud. Not sure that this pipe availability is a good thing at all.

The staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location and access to the beach were great. All areas were clean. The breakfast was good. The area around the pool was good and there seemed to be sufficient beds for the number of guests. The shower pressure in the room was excellent. Although the balconly was small, it had a good view of the beach and the hooks for swimsuits were useful. We felt welcome to spend the day at the hotel after checking out.
The lunch we ordered at the pool was very poor and we only ate there once. The outside toilets were downstairs which is inconvenient when you're wet. There was also no access to the rooms without going past reception, and guests were asked not to enter the building while wet. The music in the pool area was too loud. The renovations to the room felt half-hearted and could have been better. The corridors from the lift to the room were ugly and needed painting, with a smell of damp. The lighting in the room was too white. Not even a box of tissues was provided and the toiletries were very basic. There was no provision of the usual cotton make-up remover pad/shower cap/cotton ear buds. The bath towels were thin and small and several had holes in them.
