Cheap and cheerful if you can put up with the outside noise.
Pros:

Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable.
Nice rooftop bar.

Cons:

One lift which could be very slow at certain times of the day.
Outside was extremely noisy which is beyond Queen's control.
I knew what to expect, but for people who have not been there before. It's like a football match outside the door. Staff were generally pleasant, but one or two could do with a personality upgrade.

Perfecto pero muy ruidoso
Pros:

Está en pleno centro, la limpieza genial, las instalaciones se ven algo antiguas pero como están bien cuidadas no es un problema. El desayuno perfecto.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación daba justo a la plaza, llena de bares y restaurantes, el ruido era horrible. Sin contar el de las personas que suben y bajan del hotel que suelen tan bien hacer bastante ruido.

Great hotel and central in old town, staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Liked everything about hotel and really enjoyed stay, the only downside was there was no fridge in room which would have been good. Apart from this our stay was great.
