Pros:

Great location price and excellent staff .

Cons:

The location is actually its downfall as the bins are opposite and are emptied all night . Rooms small and bathroom small .

Pros:

In a good area, breakfast was really good, room was ok.

Cons:

The level of noise from the rooftop bar was horrendous no need to be so loud, this was from someone who loves music, caused restless nights due to lack of sleep. The noise from the people going up and down the stairs go to the bar was awful. This because of one lift. This is my reason why I would not stay again. The staff were lovely and hotel was adequate.

Great Location close to bars beach and restaurants 👌 excellent friendly staff, Santiago very pleasant and helpful also Sue very helpful. Overall staff very nice.

Cons:

Our room was very tight walking past the end of the bed, couldn't fit suitcase past narrow gap, had to move beds close to balcony doors, to make the area more accessible to end of beds and wardrobes. Very potent smell from bathroom on second night had to leave room very early to report the same. Cleaners sorted problem that day after 2 visits to our room. We where going to check out a day early, as smell in our room/bathroom was toxic it made us feel sick as it was over bearing🤥🥴🤢and we where seriously worried about our health and safety.

Would book again.
Pros:

The location was fab. The rooftop bar and downstairs bar was great. Breakfast was good.
The room is cleaned every day.

Cons:

Rooms and bathroom were small but what do you expect for a 2 star. I would actually rate it a 3+ for the good things.

Gr8 hotel, Gr8 location shame its so noisy
Pros:

Location is right in the heart of old town with tapas alley opposite and Levante beach just a short stroll away. The Queens Hotel only from what i could see has steps in & out of the hotel & access into the hotel at busy times can be very difficult due to people moving tables and chairs into the walk way the staff do their best to keep it free! but when 'customers' see people trying to get into the hotel with a suitcase or bags they are very reluctant to move!! i found this out as im a disabled person so had to struggle through them to get into the hotel. The room was very clean & for me quite big being on floor 5 i had a sea view. Breakfast for me it was ok and way way better than hotel santa faz. there is a roof top bar & seating area on floor 8! it gets very very busy!!

Cons:

very noisy hotel as its an older building & the walls are thin. most nights people would bang their doors shut!! they would shout very loudly in the corridors!! the hotel has a roof top bar but customers using it (not all hotel guests!!) would HOG THE LIFT!! so for me trying to use the lift became a CHORE!! walking down 5 floors was very painful! trying to go up was a non starter! I didnt find out until my last day there was a disabled toilet on the 1st floor!! i was NEVER TOLD about it, i just happened to see it!! i had asked one of the cleaners if i could have some bath gel & promptly she gave me 3 of each but when the cleaner (not this lady) cleaned my room she took them all out!! i went out and bought my own & liquid soap.
