Honest opinion from a regular Benidorm visitor who always stays around the ( tapas alley bend ) and is also staying at this hotel in September. The hotel is a 2 star but surprised us In many ways the downside is actually the reason we booked ! It's just too noisy not the hotels fault as its a very popular place at night around tapas alley and the hotels courtyard is very popular with brits ! also repairs being carried out to the industrial bins that are straight outside , they can be a problem also when bottles being emptied morning/night . The hotel rooms are small as expected and bathrooms very small not an issue for us but there was a problem with sewer fumes sometimes from the loo it has a great sun terrace and is clean with comfy beds and the added bonus is a nice little breakfast in the morning the star of the show are the staff the lads do a great job and the maids do an excellent job everyday. We only stayed for 4 nights but by the 4th night we were very tired with the outside noise .

Great location, right in centre of old town and not far from the beach.Very happy and helpful staff. Was greeted with a big smile.Very compact hotel but didn’t mind because it all works very well.
Bit of noise when the bottles were emptied but you expect that in a busy area with lots of bars and places to eat and drink around it.
Our flight was delayed & they accommodated us.

La terraza lo único...
Una basura de hotel en todos los sentidos. No se puede dormir por la música de la terraza, no hay persianas que tapen la luz, el baño es minúsculo, la bañera aparte de rota, aún la tienen con cortinas como en los años 70. Reservé una habitación con balcón y vistas al mar y ni una cosa ni la otra (ahora pondré las fotos desde la habitación). De los peores hoteles en los que me he hospedado, no lo recomiendo por nada del mundo

Very noisy if you have a room overlooking the street, if there was decent double glazing it wouldn’t be so much of an issue, the bottle banks bring emptied is horrendous and early morning.

Brilliant location in the heart of the old town. Breakfast was amazing. Rooftop bar with stunning views. Staff were really helpful.
Room sizes are small and kept having to ask for tea,coffee, milk etc for the room. Noisy at nite and morning with all the bars etc emptying their bottles into the bottle bins located just outside the hotel.

Room was small but compact
Great little hotel in Old Town. Very clean, staff really friendly and rooms better than expected with a nice string shower.
Only problem here was the noise, a few bars outside and some noisy guests but you expect that in Benidorm. The lift could also be problematic especially during the rooftop bar opening hours as it was very slow and we found ourselves waiting quite a while on several occasions and had to go up and down 5 flights of stairs, so could be an issue if you have mobility problems.
Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
