The place had good A/C, staff very friendly, very close to the beach and all amenities. Good breakfast. Nice rooftop bar despite the mozzies.
Extremely noisy, especially with all businesses in the square using the bottle banks outside the room and them being emptied early morning. Had to go and purchase earplugs to sleep.
Rooms are dated, bathroom door difficult to open and close as it’s touching the floor.
Breakfast was good. But buffet would be better.
Staff were very polite.
The room was very small. I couldn't drag my suitcase to the wardrobe because there was no space between the bed and the wall. Nowhere to put things (the only table, quite unstable, was the one on the balcony). No selves in the bathroom to put anything.
They're saying tea and coffee facilities in the room, but they don't provide tea or coffee. Just a kettle. No fridge in the room.
The lift was very slow. We ended up using the stairs most of the time.
It was definitely not good value. Never again.

Location was great
Was woken at 5am when a naked man who was sleepwalking entered my room, staff refused point blank to acknowledge the door must have a lock issue, I was sober and had locked my door so the fact that staff would not accept that they have a security issue just made a terrifying experience so much worse. The guy sleepwalking was obviously not something the hotel can control BUT their response and how they dealt with it was terrible, I found most of the staff really really friendly and the hotel is in a great location but I will never return.

Everything about the hotel was great the staff were very friendly,it was spotlessly clean,the location was excellent, the only issue we had was it was very noisy outside until the early hours. I appreciate a lot of this is out of the hotel's control but just trying to be honest.

Beworben werden Zimmer mit Balkon, Meerblick oder Startblick. Irgendwo steht scheinbar „sofern verfügbar“, das habe ich trotz genauem lesen, nirgends gesehen. - wir hatten dann ein Zimmerchen ohne Balkon. Das Personal war unmotiviert und nicht freundlich. Auf das Frühstück sollte man getrost verzichten. Außer einem guten Kaffee, ist das wirklich quasi nichts, ein Toast oder ein Croissant.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat hier gestimmt
Man muss die extreme Lautstärke der Hotelgäste und umliegenden Restaurationen mögen. Aber das sollte man eigentlich schon vor Urlaubsantrag wissen.
Perfect for a few days away in Benidorm Old Town. Most importantly, the room was clean and the BED WAS REALLY COMFY. We slept well! Roof-top bar was a bonus. It's open to non-residents too, which could be handy if you are staying elewhere and fancy this. Full english Breakfast was included and consisted 1 x decent tasting sausage, 1 x fried egg, 1 x slice of streaky bacon, 1 x hash brown, 1 x slice of toast, 1 pot of decent baked beans, 1 x cup of coffee. A GREAT VALUE HOTEL right by Tapas Alley and 2 mins to the beach. Perfect for what we wanted.
The bathroom was small... Like VERY small! Sitting on the toilet you could rest your head on the wall opposite!! Handy after a heavy night perhaps. However, it was clean and functional. Shower base kept filling with water as the drain was slow. We wet ourselves, turned water off, soaped up, turned water on to wash soap off. So, quick showers are the order of the day. Balcony was also a very small Juliet style. Also no coffee nor milk in the room, only various Teas which surprised us.
