Cons:

Estábamos en una habitación de la primera planta que daba a la calle principal y hacía mucho calor. No se podía abrir la ventana porque te veía todo el que pasaba. Por otro lado, hacía mucho calor y en la habitación olía a cañería.

Un hotel ideal para recorrer Segovia y sus atractivos. Muy cerca del Alcázar y unas instalaciones maravillosas
Pros:

Es espectacular todo!! Ubicación, comodidades, limpieza, el estacionamiento y en particular el desayuno, muy completo y variado.

Excellent location, the room was very clean.

Cons:

When I reserved, the listing said there was parking at the hotel. When we arrived we were informed that the hotel parking was full (turns out there is only parking for 4 cars) and that we could either park on the street and pay money each hour or parking in a public parking lot about 10 minutes away and pay a daily rate of close to 30 euros a day. This was super disappointing.

Perfecto
Pros:

El alojamiento perfecto, llegamos antes de la hora del check in y pudimos acceder a la habitación, cosa que se agradece inmensamente.
Las camas cómodas, nos prepararon una cunita gratis para la bebé que fue un detallazo.
Tiene parking y hay que reservarlo ya que te puedes quedar sin plaza. El precio de la habitación como del parking genial.

Segovia is a surprise, a wonderful medieval village!
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located, walking distance from the Alcazar, the Cathedral and Plaza Mayor. The staff at the Reception was very friendly and helpful. The single room was small but modern and well furnished.

Cons:

The room was on the court side so no noise from the street but unfortunately close to the lift so there was some noise from the gangway.
