Hotel maravilhoso!
Pros:

O hotel ficam em frente ao Canal Beagle, os colaboradores são muito atenciosos, destaco aqui o Thiago da recepção e a Mari do restaurante. Os quartos são novos e estão construindo mais alas. Há uma área de convivência no terceiro andar.

Cons:

Inicialmente nos colocaram em um quarto acessível, porém o banheiro acabava molhando bastante. Após minha solicitação, trocaram imediatamente de quarto, pois eu também iria ficar 8 dias hospedada e era inviável ficar molhando/enxugando banheiro todos os dias.

Pros:

The cleanliness of the Hotel was good.

Cons:

First of all, it was very cold and the rooms did not have basic kettle feature however, every single morning had to go down to get Hot Water.
Second, no water was available for the cost of the hotel room as complimentary and being in a foreign country it was quite difficult at first to locate the markets and the location of the hotel is such that there are no markets around and had to take uber all the time to visit the city.

De tudo, da cordialidade dos funcionários, conforto, calefação, café da manhã.

Cons:

Não estavam preparados pra receber um grande número de hóspedes. O restaurante teve bastante demora e funcionários visivelmente esgotados tentando fazer o seu melhor.

Blick auf den Beagle-Kanal

Cons:

Fotos der Zimmer auf Booking entsprachen nicht den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Drei von Sechs Ausstattungsmerkmalen waren nicht vorhanden. Die Reklamation vor Ort war erfolglos, die Kategorie Superiorzimmer wurde allein an der Aussicht auf den Beagle-Kanal festgemacht. Kein Entgegenkommen vom Hotel. DasFrühstück war unterdurchschnittlich. Sehr schade, nicht empfehlenswert

Funcionários atenciosos.

Cons:

Problema na válvula da descarga do vaso sanitário que todas as noites ficava fazendo muito barulho e desperdiçando água e que não foi resolvido pelo Hotel.

Excelente!!
Pros:

Ótima pousada, a equipe muito receptiva, o café da manhã muito bom. O quarto é muito aconchegante e o serviço de limpeza e arrumação era realizado todos os dias. Sem falar da vista linda do quarto e do hotel!!

Cons:

Um pouco longe, mas a vista do hotel compensa.
