Spacious appartments, good value for money
Pros:

Good location (10-15 min walk from Jubilee Park) and very friendly personnel. The appartment was spacious and clean. All in all wonderful!

Exceptional staff, great apartment.
Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay. Incredibly helpful staff, got a free upgrade to a much larger apartment than initially booked. 10 out of 10. Definitely would recommend to anyone that needs to stay in Canary Wharf.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit cold but the rest of the house was warm and nice. Even with this - the value for money was incredible.

The cleanliness and the friendly staff.

Cons:

I had no heating the room after speaking with the gentleman. And he told me he would bring us a portable heater. We left early the morning due to our baby feeling sick.

A perfectly nice apartment at a really good price, but would pay more next time for a different area
Pros:

I'd booked a studio apartment but we got given a one bedroom apartment which was a nice bonus. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was lovely and warm for us arriving. A huge kitchen for a one bedroom flat. Nice to sit in the evening in the separate lounge.

Cons:

Not the best of outlooks from the windows, considering we were in Canary Wharf. Have stayed in other apartments with sensational views - not this time sadly. It's very bland in terms of the apartment block - no frills. The apartment was nicely decorated but minimal. We watched the TV in the evening and we had security at the door asking us to turn it down - even they couldn't hear it from the front door! It was not loud at all so there is obvioulsy very little sound proofing in the building.

Untill i was at the reception, and if i didnt pay then my booking gets cancelled and i lose the money that

Pros:

We had a lovely stay. The reception staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Going out of their way to help us get into the car park. Really appreciated the upgrade to a large apartment with great views. The apartment was nicely decorated as in the photos and had everything we needed.

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard and squeaky.

Soggiorno soddisfacente
Pros:

Ottima posizione, quartiere nuovo, sul canale. Metro a circa 400mt, comoda. Ben arredato e spazi vivibili.

Cons:

Non faceva caldissimo nell’appartamento. Dato che l’edificio è su una strada sarebbero necessarie sia le tende oscuranti per la notte che quelle per il giorno. Altrimenti sei costretto e stare con le tende oscurate e la luce accesa di giorno, se non vuoi che tutti guardino in casa.
