Nice hotel very close to the park entrance. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff.

With free parking lot. The hotel is little bit old and old fashion. but just a few minute walk to the Plitvice national park entrance 2.

The property is very close to the National Park and it's easy to enter the park from the Hotel. There are nice walking paths.

This is the place to stay if you visit Plitvice Lakes National Park! I took a Bus from Zadar and the Bus Stop was right above Hotel Plitvice;such a perfect Location! The customer service provided by Lorena was SUPERB! She made sure that my experience in Plitvice was extraordinary AND she assisted me with my travel plans to my next destination! Lorena offered excellent suggestions for dining as well! I even got to go back into the Park the next day because I was staying at Hotel Plitvice; it was so convenient!

Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen; die teilweise negativen Kommentare kann ich nicht so recht nachvollziehen. Das Gebäude ist halt ein Architekturdenkmal der 50er/60er Jahre, das man sehr vorsichtig an die Neuzeit angepasst hat. An Rollstuhlfahrer hat damals halt niemand gedacht, und das Gepäck wurde vermutlich vom Personal aufs Zimmer geschleppt. Dafür hat das Hotel Charakter.
Wir haben das Personal als sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich wahrgenommen. Die Lage ist natürlich sowieso unschlagbar.

Recepcion bien. Personal muy bien. Ubicacion excelente para visitar parque nacional.

Easy access to the Plitvice National Park

Very close to the park. Breakfast was very good. There were no dinner options at the facility. Unfortunately it was quite hot when we were there and there is no air conditioning.

Hotel is conveniently located and offered an extension to my national park pass. Staff was informative and friendly. They offer free transportation to local traditional restaurant.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Eingang 2 des Nationalparks Plitvicer Seen, ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg. Das Gebäude scheint etwas älter zu sein, das innere sowie Zimmer waren aber in sehr gutem Zustand. Es gibt leider keine Klimaanlage, auch keinen Restaurant im Hotel, aber einige Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen in der Nähe. Parkplatz war kein Problem. Ich konnte meine Eintrittskarte zum Nationalpark an der Rezeption verlängern lassen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

The rooms are extremely outdated, uncomfortable and feels dirty. The bar fridge did not work at all. Most importantly, there is NO air conditioning in the rooms and if you open a window you will be covered in insects. Unless you enjoy sleeping in a dirty sauna, do not stay here. Will not return.

Over-priced hotel with dated interior in desperate need for renovation. No air conditioning in room. Only reason to book is that it is close to the lakes.

Excellent location, you can have part of park to yourself after park closures and tourist crowds have left. Both breakfast and dinner are wonderful, we stay overnight for lovely Plitvice National Park, very relaxing and rewarding.

Disappointing. It was supposed to be a lakeside hotel, but there is no view at all as the room is blocked by a tree and beside an abandoned building. Very aged hotel. Also inconsistent service at front desk - first night was a seamingly uninterested guy, but our following nights were more pleasant with a very friendly and helpful lady (i think Marja was her name, but apologies if i have spelt her name wrongly).

Pillow was way to soft and uneven; which does not provide any support to the head or neck for a proper rest.

Not much options for food for breakfast, and quality of food could be improved too.

The only saving grace was the proximity to the national park.
