Los exteriores compensan la escasa profesionalidad y un desayuno decepcionante

La masía y los jardines exteriores, junto con la piscina.

Cons:

Desayuno muy limitado, sin variedad y de baja calidad: se publicita un desayuno con encanto, con productos frescos y locales, y había 2 lonchas de fiambre calidad estándar por persona, ningún producto local, café de pastilla, bollería industrial; no había tomate para las tostadas, ni opción ninguna de desayuno inglés. Me negaron la factura de la estancia alegando que booking me la da, cuando no es así, en otras estancias en otros alojamientos el hotel siempre me ha dado la factura oficial. Todos los huéspedes de ese día opinaban lo mismo.

La Ubicacion es lo mejor un lugar en plena naturaleza y super tranquilo

Cons:

Sobretodo no me gusto la limpieza, la habitacion estaba con arañas. Luego el dueño tiene dos perros muy grandes y hacen pipi dentro del hotel y el personal no lo limpia. El desayuno muy flojito de calidad y cantidad. Para mi opinion falta alguien que ordene al personal. El desayuno es una desorganizacion total. Y los empleados no tienen ganas de trabajar.

Für Gäste die vor Ort essen möchten, nicht geeignet.
Pros:

Gar nichts. Das abgelegene Hotel gibt in den weiterführenden Angaben ein Restaurant 1 Minute zu Fuss an. Wir haben nach der Buchung 2 mal per Nachricht angefragt, ob das Restaurant offen hat. Keine Antwort. Angekommen mit den Motorräder war das Haupttor geschlossen. Erst nach Minutenlangem warten öffnete eine wenig hilfreiche Person. Das angeblich gleich anliegende Restaurant war geschlossen. Am nachfolgendem Telefon mit einer zuständigen Mitarbeitenden wurde eine Kulanz einer Stornierung abgelehnt.

A little disappointing
Pros:

The area is beautiful and peaceful and the hotel is a lovely old converted farmhouse.

Cons:

The restaurant which was advertised in the amenities was not open and the swimming pool was not available to be used. The use of these both was one of the reasons we booked to stay here.
We had to drive miles back into Alcoy for dinner on both evenings.
Breakfast was very basic with only bread, cheese and cold meat.

Un despropósito

Cons:

Verdaderamente un desastre la forma en que se gestiona este establecimiento. Llego a las 5 de la tarde la puerta cerrada llamo al timbre me tienen más de 20 minutos esperando… la persona que me atiende me dice que tengo que pagar cuando el pago ya estaba hecho. Me cobra de nuevo y a los 5 minutos me dice que ya estaba pagada y que me hacen una devolución. Pregunto por horario para cenar… no hacen cenas.
Total en medio de la nada sin cenar.
El desayuno de 9 a 10:30..
Verdaderamente el sitio es pura naturaleza pero verdaderamente no me extraña que esté vacío. Así no se hacen las cosas señora Gerente.
