Just incredible staff helping make my engagement weekend super special, really had a great time, super easy to sort and communicate everything I wanted.
Only issue we had was not being able to contact the hotel on the day of our check in when we had transport arranged (missed our connecting train due to delays) but i’m aware it was mother’s day the next day so the phone lines would be busy.
Can’t thank you all enough!
A very old historical building, beautifully decorated. Our room was lovely with a balcony.
No lifts. We had a lot of stairs to climb to get to our room

Incredible location and the room was so warm and cosy! The views are absolutely spectacular.
The food wasn’t very good, especially the breakfasts. The service in general was bad. We made multiple requests that were all ignored as they don’t do handovers. Having said this, everyone was very pleasant and eager to help, there’s just a lack of coordination and proper management.
