Am fost în perioada festivalului Sunwaves și cu siguranță voi mai reveni aici!
Pros:

Cameră frumoasă, curată, personalul extrem de amabil, mâncarea bună, micul dejun foarte bogat.

Cons:

Apă din jacuzzi era cam rece, dar în perioada în care am fost eram doar noi și probabil dura mai mult să se încălzească. În rest totul excepțional.

Pros:

Locația este aproape de mare! Hotelul, mai ales în lobby, este minunat! Piscinele sunt destul de mari, sauna la fel. Mâncarea bună, personalul minunat! Domnul blond care te întâmpină la sosirea în hotel ( noi l-am numit “Alex” 🤭), este extraordinar! Respect!

Cons:

Camera pe care ne-au oferit-o, cu vedere undeva în spatele curții interioare a hotelului, unde nu ai o priveliște prea plăcută, și faptul ca în baie, vasul de toaleta, probabil era fisurat, curgea apa când se trăgea și niciodată nu era uscat pe jos.

Vraiment idéal pour les cours séjours
Pros:

L’emplacement : à quelques pas des sables d’or , et à proximité de tout commerce
La literie : confortable
Le personnel : courtois et poli .
Mention spéciale à Alexander !
On se reverra l’année prochaine lors du prochain SW
Les équipements + beaucoup d’espace
Piscine intérieure ( heureusement d’ailleurs puisqu’il faisait particulièrement froid)

PS: je suis arrivé avec une certaine appréhension après avoir lu les nombreux commentaires négatifs ici. Il y a des choses à redire certes ..
Pourtant je trouve qu’ils n’ont pas lieu d’être :
•Je n’ai pas senti d’odeur particulière en arrivant
•La nourriture n’est pas particulièrement mauvaise, il y a quand même du choix

Cons:

•Il fait un peu froid dans la salle de bain..
•Une prise de courant n’aurait pas été de trop…
•Et le rideau de douche est un enfer

•Les gens au restaurant : infernal lorsque c’est full le weekend , certains manquent clairement d’éducation

•Le vin au distributeur : Fuyez!
( Heureusement qu’ils en vendent à la bouteille)

Ok. O alegere perfectă pentru sejur scurt.
Pros:

Curatenie si personal prietenos. Am ajuns dupa ora 12:00 noaptea si am putut sa facem check-in fara probleme. Piscina ok, am primit halate si prosoape. Noi am fost un grup de tineri, a fost peste asteptarile noastre. Pentru un sejur de 4 zile este alegerea perfecta.

Cons:

Mancarea nu este excelentă, dar este destul de diversificată. Micul dejun cel mai bun, foarte variat. Sucurile si bauturile nu prea au gust.

Храната беше страхотна, а управителят беше изключителен и винаги на разположение, когато се налагаше. Продължавайте в същия дух, г-н Атанасов!

Pros:

Foarte de prost gust în fiecare dimineață aceiași mâncare nu a schimbat nimic, și hotelul la fel odată nu a intrat în cămară sa schimbe sau sa fac curat urat din partea lor nu recomand nici o stea nu dau.

În majoritatea nu nea plăcut nimic, camera mica baia la fel nu sa făcut curat ,mâncare nu a fost bună de loc copii nu a mâncat cat am sat la hotel am mâncat în oraș deci nu recomand hotel shipka

Pros:

Poziție excelenta, foarte aproape de plaja, centru, zona de Promenada, cluburi, Marketuri exact lângă hotel.
Stafful hotelului extrem de organizat , profesional și orientat spre bunăstarea clientului.
Mâncarea curată și proaspăta , variata . Cafea buna( espresso, printre altele , ceea ce găsești cu greu la un all inclusive ).
Curățenie intretinuta zilnic atât in camere cât și in zonele comune.
Acces gratuit in zonele de Spa , care funcționează in orarul 10-18 (sauna, baie de aburi, jacuzzi,piscina interioară)
Raport calitate/preț excelent . Recomand

The air conditioning didn’t work well
All the stuff very old
Dirty everywhere, the walls looks like it was falling apart.
the bathroom from the pool it was dirty with shit, I told at the reception, she did nothing
The food all the time the same, reheated.
Same time with bad smell.
Very few fruit ( just watermelon, apple and one day orange)in 7 days
The vegetables not fresh
The stuff not very nice.
The cleaning ladies not nice, didn’t even respond back at the salute.
The elevator very old and dirty
The internet it was very bad, we need to stay in the hallway to have access.
I really didn’t enjoy our holiday, and for the price we paid, it s not ok.
