The bed in room 606 was terrible it was uncomfortable . The breakfast wasn’t great
I liked location at the lake.
Property was very clean and tidy.
I am disabled because of a stroke so l know it cannot be changed. The access to gym was difficult to get to but other than that excellent.
great room , staff , food and bar service , pool
Road works put in place the day after we arrived which added 20mins to our journey to a golf tournament at 6am in morning through mountain roads which we nearly crashed on . internet didn’t work so got lost etc had we been warned would not of booked
Breakfast fantastic could not fault it
Everything was perfect as always
Room was fab, view great. Comfortable bed
We paid for Junior Suite.
Breakfast we chose pancakes, had to ask for more maple syrup, as were quite dry.
Beautiful location

So beautiful and set in gorgeous grounds overlooking the lough Erne.
Rooms were spotless.
Massive bed and sofa bed in room (junior suite).
No phone in room, therefore if you wanted information one had to go down to reception.
Beautifully situated. Lovely hotel.
No fridge in the room.
Location, staff were amazing very friendly. Especially Rebekah the manager who helped find some lost property. All the staff had a friendly attitude and approachable. Leisure centre had great facilities. Live music in the bar which gave a lovely atmosphere.
No safe or fridge in the room. We stayed during a heatwave and the rooms were quite stuffy which I understand not much could be done as this weather isn’t typical. Bar food was very average I’d recommend eating in the town. Breakfast was good
