Un hotel bonito en un entorno precioso
Pros:

El entorno, las vistas y el restaurante muy rico. La próxima vez tomaría la media pensión porque no hay donde comer cerca. Los recepcionistas muy amables! Leticia y su compañero también!

Красивый вид из окна. Уютный номер.

Cons:

Видно, что хотя номер красивый, уже требует ремонта.
В отеле запрещено курить, нас заселили в номер, который был явно прокурен, обратились на ресепшн, девушка поднялась наверх, убедилась, что мы не обманываем, после этого принесла ключи от соседнего номера.

The scenic view was lovely, the balcony that was it.

Cons:

Staff at reception wasn’t helpful except for one young gentleman.
We spoke to them regarding if there was anyway they had blankets or a topper as mattress was extremely hard he said all beds r the same. Left us with no other support in getting blankets or something to make our sleep improved.
The breakfast was always cold eggs was over cooked left there from 7am never topped up.
Ordered room service the chips were rock hard. Tried to give it a second go and carbonara was split whole bowl full of oil so disappointing.
Also don’t get why they had a balcony? As no where to make coffee or tea in room, I know it doesn’t state this in the room facilities but this would have been a great addition.

Couldn’t go down to the pool or Marina to walk around we know the pool was closed but wanted to have a walk. We found one part but it brought us to unsafe abandon buildings that we could have got injured. The company should be ashamed!!!

Es muy ruidoso. Se escucha el tránsito continuo de la gente y los niños gritando. No es tanto un hotel de descanso, sino de viaje en familia.
