Pros:

staff was extremly friendly and forthcoming

Cons:

water in shower is quite weak; curtains barely cover windows, and there are no light curtains to prevent outside look from windows from neighbouring buildings so there is almost no natural light in the room

Pros:

The room is very spacious, and the hotel location is prime - super convenient. Although my room faces the main road, being on the 8th floor means it is actually quite quiet once the windows are closed.

Cons:

The facilities and breakfast are pretty basic. With this price I was expecting a bit more.

Pros:

The hotel is centrally located, close to everything. Room was spacious with working desk, kettle with tea bags provided, very comfortable bed. Large, clean bathroom. Staff always there to assist.

Ho soggiornato recentemente all'Hotel Opera e ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative.
​Personale estremamente gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile.
​L'hotel è molto pulito e arredato con uno stile elegante che rende l'atmosfera davvero piacevole.
​La camera era bellissima e molto spaziosa, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro.
​Colazione buona per un inizio di giornata perfetto.
​La posizione è semplicemente "super",centrale che non ho mai dovuto utilizzare i mezzi pubblici si può raggiungere tutto comodamente a piedi.
