Would definately stay here again!

A localização do apartamento é excelente, muito central, o quarto é espaçoso e a garagem gratuita é uma grande mais-valia. Infelizmente, apesar destes pontos positivos, não consigo atribuir uma classificação superior a 5/10 devido à forma como fomos tratados no check-in.

O horário de check-in terminava às 22h e chegámos às 22h40. Reconheço que a responsabilidade pelo atraso foi nossa, pois não reparámos nessa informação no booking. Antes da chegada, o proprietário perguntou a que horas chegaríamos e respondi que estimava chegar entre as 21h30 e as 22h, pois era genuinamente o que acreditava, tendo em conta a hora de aterragem do voo. No entanto, ao chegarmos, fomos recebidos de forma agressiva, com insinuações de que eu estava a mentir e a ser desonesta relativamente ao horário. Quando referi que não estava a gostar da forma como estava a ser tratada, foi-me dito que era demasiado sensível.

O proprietário tinha toda a razão em chamar a atenção pelo atraso, mas existem formas educadas e respeitosas de o fazer. Além disso, o alojamento dispõe de um cofre para entrega de chaves, pelo que existiam alternativas que evitariam esta situação.

Viajámos para celebrar o aniversário do meu namorado, que era precisamente nessa noite, e esta receção, que nos deixou transtornados, acabou por estragar um momento tão especial.

Para mim, a forma como os hóspedes são tratados é tão ou mais importante do que a localização ou as comodidades do alojamento. Por isso, apesar das qualidades do apartamento, a experiência global ficou inevitavelmente marcada por este episódio.

Alojamento muito bem localizado, com funcionários extremamente simpáticos e prestáveis.
Pros:

Gostámos bastante da localização do alojamento, muito próxima do centro e literalmente do outro lado da estrada do casino, o que tornou tudo muito acessível. Destaco também a simpatia e disponibilidade de todos os funcionários, que foram sempre muito prestáveis, quer a esclarecer dúvidas, a dar recomendações sobre a zona ou simplesmente a garantir que estávamos a desfrutar da estadia. O atendimento fez-nos sentir verdadeiramente bem-vindos.

Cons:

O único aspeto menos positivo foi o estacionamento, que pode ser um pouco confuso nas primeiras utilizações. No entanto, depois de nos explicarem alguns truques e o funcionamento do espaço, tornou-se bastante mais fácil e prático de utilizar.

Ubytovanie v tesnej blízkosti centra mesta, možnosť parkovania v garáži

Cons:

Ubytovanie je vo veľmi rušnej ulici a byt nie je dostatočne odhlučnený od ulice. Takisto v rámci bytového domu je veľmi slabé odhlučnenie, počuli sme ako si v susednom apartmáne niekto umýva riad. Zariadenie je staré a opotrebované, niektoré šuplíky na linke nejdú ani otvoriť, veľmi slabé vybavenie kuchyne, špinavé stoličky, vyšúchaná podlaha. Klimatizácia iba v spálni. Garáž je veľmi stiesnená, neodporúčam si požičiavať väčšie auto.

Sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Würden wieder kommen.

Die Lage ist optimal… man ist überall schnell und einfach (ob mit Auto oder zu Fuß). Das Personal was sehr nett. Die Zimmer waren sauber, geräumig und Ausstattung gut.

Cons:

Abends/Nachts war es auf der Staße oft sehr laut.

Pros:

I've been there for six nights, and the location is ideal—it's close to the restaurant and stores, and it's simple to get local transportation. The workers kept the unit spotless every day. When I was alone and didn't know much about the area, Mr. Miguel Pita explained everything. He is the most sincere guy on the planet. I really appreciate it.

Prima appartement
Pros:

Prima appartement. Locatie is top, is maar klein stukje lopen naar het centrum en er is een heel mooi park schuin tegenover. Personeel/eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Cons:

Appartement is verouderd, veel achterstallig onderhoud. Meeste vond ik niet storend, de prijs is er ook naar, maar er zit veel schimmel aan de kitrand van het bad in de badkamer, dat zou wel een keertje aangepakt moeten worden. Schoonmaak zou ook wel iets beter kunnen.

De passage 3 jours à Funchal nous avons passé un excellent moment !
Pros:

Résidence très bien située avec la possibilité de garer sa voiture ce qui est très appréciable ! Tout le confort nécessaire dans ce petit appartement confortable et bien équipé. Le personnel sur place est toujours disponible et de très bon conseil !
