Convenient and pleasantly Irish start to our short holiday.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Very good evening meal and Excellent breakfast. Very convenient location by main route from Rosslare ferry going south. Interesting views of neighbouring greyhound establishment.

Cons:

Bedroom heating had been left on very high and took many hours to cool down after being turned off ~ in spite of leaving window wide open on a cool day!

Pros:

The room was comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The room needed a deep clean. Also issue with dogs next door barking during the night and morning. Some people didn’t get sleep.
