Pros:

The room was comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The room needed a deep clean. Also issue with dogs next door barking during the night and morning. Some people didn’t get sleep.

Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

My 13 year old son, great grandparents and his dad planned a trip to Ireland and found this place on booking.com, my son loves travelling and was really excited to come to Ireland until he was greeted by what I can only assume the manger of this place. My son's words were he was really rude from the get go. My son's dad booked a single room and then a family room as originally there was 5 members of the trip but one dropped out last minute. They checked in then to be told that they would have to pay more in the morning as apparently they were in the man's words " trying to pull the wool over his eyes" confused and STILL confused they tried to talk to the man to get some clarity on the situation as he kept on saying " your trying to be smart I've tried to be nice" he then asked them to leave!!! Absolute horrendous customer service over absolutely nothing if anything he was gaining more money as one member of the trip wasn't there. It's actually put me off ever visiting Ireland myself. Luckily it didn't spoil their trip and the other hotel they booked was very accommodating. Definitely avoid this place if you're looking for a smooth FRIENDLY service. To ask a child along with older people to leave purely because he's assumed something is diabolical.

Couldn’t have been better for us
Pros:

Comfortable, big, clean room.
Probably due to the heat, they provided a sheet under the duvet which was all that was needed, very polite and considerate staff and late at night they offered breakfast options even though we were leaving very early.

Staff friendly food great Rooms very outdated
Pros:

It’s close to where I needed to be

Cons:

There were no main lights in the bedrooms just lamps which made the room very dark.

There were only 2 towels for 3 people.
No room safe
The condensation on the windows was awful the curtains were very wet.
Rooms really needs updating.
