Position perfect. Wonderful staff. Oasis of calm, fabulous views from room and terrace. Very good breakfast.

The location of this hotel is fabulous with lovely views. The staff are very friendly. You are in the heart of playa blanca but can get away from the crowds and enjoy peace and tranquility!

Outstanding location by the sea. Great breakfasts.

Excellent location, lovely building and well kept garden. Daisy was the only staff member ( husband did garden/maintenance) who prepared breakfast and did cleaning. No other staff.

Extremely private and secluded spot, albeit directly on the promenade but protected by secure entrance(s). Relatively small but perfectly formed facility, provided a perfect getaway location with incredible views and spotless, tranquil location.

Small and intimate hotel. Central, yet quiet. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good parking facilities.

Breakfast was great with fresh bread and eggs cooked as we wished on request. The lounge with help yourself free tea/coffee was a great bonus, the log fire being welcome on cool February evenings. Having a restaurant on site was very useful and it was excellent. We ate there 2 evenings of the 4 that we stayed. A suggestion - the menus was good but short, we would not have wished to eat there more often. Maybe have a couple of menus changing swapping each day.

We only booked this on the Monday before Xmas for a short 4 night break between Xmas and New Year. I feel incredibly lucky that there was availability. The translation is The Ambassador’s House, and that’s what it felt like. Only a dozen or so rooms, so didn’t feel busy. Daisy and her husband couldn’t do enough, we genuinely felt that it was their mission to make sure that everything about our stay was perfect…..and it was. For all us Brits………you get your own sunbed! Right outside your room! With a view of the sea! And pretty much get all the sun from dawn to dusk.
Plenty of breakfast options. The hot food was sometimes only warm when we had breakfast, but really not an issue for us. The bar operates on an honesty basis. Plenty of restaurants in Playa Blanca that will suit all tastes and budgets
I think some of the images are a little out of date, and outside areas in particular are far better now, than shown.
If we head back to Lanzarote in the future, this place will right at the top of the list

Lovely helpful couple that seems to run the hotel making great breakfast - even baking cakes - every morning.
Always friendly and we were able to have early breakfast on the day of leaving.
Wonderful position - a haven of tranquility in a busy town.

It's right on the beach walk. Great ocean view. The staff is great...Daisy is wonderful. Rooms are comfortable and reasonably large. It feels like home.
