Great quality food, large comfortable room and great staff
Spacious, warm room with lovely harbour view, modern bathroom, comfortable bed.
Dinner was very good.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Lighting in room and bathroom was too dim.
Cooked breakfast was a bit too greasy, but breakfast otherwise worked well
très bien, sur le port, très agréable, bar et restaurant sur place, personnel accueillant
Great location restaurant was excellent and and fair price staff really friendly and helpful
Nothing
Spacious rooms. Super travel cot
The room was very hot uncomfortably so even with the radiator off
What a friendly and welcoming team you have, the property is amazing and really comfortable. Hope to return soon.
"Mull of Kintyre Facelift", we shouldn't have gone in February expecting sunshine and a light breeze.
Room was nice with good views. Maybe a little tired
Could not get a reception on the tv for the whole 3 days. Reported to reception and was told everyone was complaining but it was just the weather. Please note the weather was fine with only occasional light drizzle. When I asked if that was the official view of the hotel she said she would contact maintenance. 2 hours later he arrived took one look at the tv from distance shrugged and said it was a matter for Sky and he could do nothing.
Every aspect of our stay was 10 / 10
Nothing
Convenience of everything
The lighting in the room was gloomy, found it very difficult to read my book
Well maintained hotel. Was fresh, clean and service superb. Great breakfast too.

Food and service was excellent, staff were lovely and accommodating. Room was fab breakfast was great too.
Great location. Comfortable beds and rooms. Clean and well presented.
Dinner service was very good. Excellent food and well presented. Good breakfast but was let down by lengthy wait.
Family member had to ask for towels in his room as there were none on check in.
In both our rooms water leaked from the shower tray onto the floor. Dimly lit bathrooms really need improvement in way of the mirror. Hard to see for wet shaving. In one room there was no safe place to lay the tea tray flat on the table next to a plug socket so the tray was perched over hanging the table. Not great considering the boiling kettle and hot water.
Some kind of fire alarm beeping numerous times throughout the night which disturbed my sleep.
Breakfast service was very slow. We waited over 30 minutes for our cooked breakfasts and we witnessed one gentlemen who was waiting for one hour. The restaurant was not busy by any means.
Check out was simply handing over the key and, "thank you". Nobody asked, "how was your stay?".
When we checked out I had to wait a long time to use the lift with my luggage as the lift was in use (seemed to be locked out on a different floor) for laundry collection, which is disappointing as a hotel guest.
