Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel ist schlicht perfekt für einen Besuch in Luzern. Ob beim Empfang oder im Restaurant, das Personal ist mehr als hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Sicht auf die Kapellbrücke vom Zimmer aus, perfekt :-)
Eine Espressomaschine im Zimmer schätze ich natürlich ebenfalls sehr...

Cons:

Das Geräusch einer Lüftung hat vielleicht beim Einschlafen etwas gestört

Uma boa estadia.
Pros:

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado, sendo fácil o deslocamento até a estação principal de trem e as principais atrações turísticas da cidade. A equipe de recepção é excelente, sempre disposta a ajudar nas orientações para a visita na cidade. O quarto que ficamos era espaçoso e confortável. Não ficamos de frente para o rio, que foi ótimo, pois esse lado tem menos barulho dos restaurantes.

Cons:

O quarto não tem ar condicionado, portanto, em períodos quentes deve ser desafiador ficar no hotel. Nós pegamos meia estação e já teve dias que o ar condicionado fez falta. O banheiro é bom, mas o box do chuveiro é pequeno. Dificulta para pessoas altas(meu caso).

Отличный вариант для знакомства с городом.
Pros:

Останавливались на 3 ночи для знакомства с городом. Прекрасный отель, не хотелось уезжать). Великолепный вид из окна на реку и Часовенный мост, номера достаточно большой, светлый, чистый. Душевая великолепная, белье белоснежное. Завтраки в ресторане бесподобные, еще и от отеля дали кредит на каждый завтрак 18 евро на человека, что очень приятно. Персонал ресепшен очень приветливый и заботливый, давали очень полезные советы, что посмотреть в городе. Остались прекрасные впечатления, очень рекомендуем.

Cons:

Все отлично. Единственно - не дешево).

Pros:

O hotel é MARAVILHOSO! Localização, quarto, limpeza, equipe e café da manhã delicioso. Todos os dias uma cestinha de frutas frescas deliciosas no quarto. Resumindo, absolutamente INCRIVEL!!!

Cons:

Impossível achar alguma coisa que eu não tenha gostado.

Pros:

It’s great location! Just next to the main attractions and the lake!

Cons:

Check-out at 11am with check-in at 3pm (4h difference!). You basically pay for 20hrs not a full day!

Pros:

Hotel is in an excellent location in Lucerne’s beautiful old town and right along the river. My room was small but it was clean and modern! Hotel staff was friendly and gave good recommendations for things to do in Lucerne.

Cons:

I went to the restaurant because I had vouchers from the hotel and wanted to try their breakfast. Took me 15 minutes just to be seated and they seated other people behind me in line ahead of me because I was dining alone, while a number of tables were open. I was then told to sit and the server pointed to a vague direction in the room rather than seating me. When I went to sit at one of the empty tables, he said “No, not for you, you dine alone.” I was instead sat at a table which already had other people, when a number of other tables were free.

Service was rude and slow the entire time, and made it clear they were very frustrated I was dining alone. I’ve personally never had an experience like this dining alone. So, to fellow solo travelers - staying here is fine but I don’t recommend going to the restaurant.

My stay at the hotel was good, aside from the fact that it was loud at times. However, my experience at the restaurant soured my opinion of my stay overall.

Wonderful hotel at Chapel Bridge in Lucerne!
Pros:

The property is in a great location!
Everything was very clean and the staff were very nice. Breakfast was good but see below.

Cons:

The $18.50 francs they give you for breakfast does not cover the cost of a fried egg, bacon and a cappuccino. It was only a few francs but that kind of breakfast should be included.
