Lovely view, really comfortable room.
Pros:

Very comfortable, great staff.

Cons:

There were problems with electrical outlets. They were not the European standard and required a special adapter (which I borrowed form the front desk), and there was NO outlet near the desk. And there was no place in the shower for my soap, shampoo etc - there should be a small shelf or rack.

Perfect spot to stay in Luzern. Convenient, clean, and excellent breakfast. Get a room with a balcony!!!

Magical stay in a charming location with fabulous staff!
Pros:

The staff, especially the on-site restaurant. So friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. We really enjoyed Fondue outside with a wonderful view of Lucerne.

Pros:

I will start with their great and friendly staff who were very welcoming and helpful during my stay for 3 nights. The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Nevertheless, the hotel's location is very convenient in proximity to mainntrain station, lake luzern and old town. Also very convenient for evening walks next to the river and enjoying the restaurants and pubs there. I highly recommend this hotel 😎

Es war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Kühlschrank und Kaffeeautomat.

Cons:

Die Gutscheine pro Nacht finde ich keine so gute Sache. Man hat im Grunde noch einiges an Zuzahlung (z. B. für Orangensaft oder 1 gekochtes Ei). Vielleicht sollte man andere Möglichkeiten überdenken.
