Charming hotel, unbeatable location
Pros:

The hotel is lovely and in a perfect location , and has everything you need. Staff were very kind, and breakfast was great. Close to train station

Cons:

My room was nice but a bit hot and the fan didn’t suffice

Fine settimana a Lucerna
Pros:

Personale tutti molto cortesi e gentili.
Ho cenato presso l'hotel, ottimo con prodotti di qualità!
Camerieri gentili e disponibili.
Camera e bagno, puliti e adatti a una persona sola. Ben arredata.

Cons:

La camera dava sul lato città e la notte era un po' rumorosa. Non molto ben insonorizzato. Si sentivano gli altri ospiti che in modo rumoroso rientravano nelle loro camere. Ma questo non dipende dall'hotel.

Great location and facilities. We used coupons for breakfast which was good

Cons:

Noise from the street at night and surprisingly noise in the corridor from the cleaning stuff very early in the morning. Pillows are many but all of them are quite firm.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

It was a charming building in a great location. Just over the bridge from the train station. Recently remodeled. Beautiful view of the Chapel Bridge from our room. It is in a very touristy area which can good or bad according to preference. Nice breakfast with hotel credits covering the breakfast expense.

Cons:

I liked everything. We were there in a heat wave and while there was a nice fan there was no air conditioning. However we were comfortable at night with the fan on and the windows open.
