Pros:

スタッフの対応も良く、窓からの眺めはとても良かった。

Cons:

朝食18.5CHF分がついているけど、パンとコーヒーにしかならない。以前宿泊した時は普通のブュッフェスタイルだったのに残念である。
冷蔵庫があるのは嬉しいが、棚の中に密閉状態のため冷蔵庫からの熱が逃げずにこもるため、中が余り冷えないのは残念。棚の扉に冷蔵庫の扉が連動する様にされているため棚の扉を開けておくことは出来ず、熱効率を良くする事は出来ない。

Pros:

Location very close to train station and right in the old town. Very clean and modern. Nice having an upgrade for a bigger room. Good breakfast. Nice staff, italian guy at restaurant very nice. I would stay here again.

Pros:

We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel's location couldn't have been better - right next to the iconic Chapel Bridge and just a short walk from the train station.

Although our room didn't have a view, it was comfortable, very clean, and had everything we needed. We also had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and really enjoyed it. We used the discount coupons provided by the hotel, which was a nice bonus.

Overall, a great stay with an excellent location. We would happily stay here again.

Overall this amazing and being able to be in the center of everything was great
Pros:

I liked the river it was a crystal blue and the restaurant was so good especially the breakfast and it was in the middle of old town and right by the gorgeous riverside area and i loved being able to drink right out of the tap

Cons:

I didn’t like the no air conditioning the fan was okay but we were still hot

Brilliant location, very nice and tidy room

Cons:

Breakfast was a la carte (not buffet), with a voucher provided by the hotel. But the voucher did not cover the full cost of the breakfast. Also the room lacked air conditioning.

Horrible. Could not sleep all night and got ripped off by paying ~$500 for a tiny room

This hotel ripped us off. We paid ~$500 for a small little pigeon hole. Staying in the room felt like sitting in a sauna. We couldn’t sleep all night. After paying such a huge amount you would expect at least a decent size room. They gave us a ‘double room’ which was tiny, tiny windows with no air circulation. In the morning the receptionist asks ‘how was your stay’ and when we described, all she had to say was ‘ok great, so it was good!’ ??!! We were confused but didn’t want to deal with it anymore and just checked out.

Would never recommended this hotel to anyone. They are ripping off tourists because of the location next to the bridge and lake.

We would stay here again if we visit Lucerne in the future
Pros:

The is an unbelievable location next to the Chapel Bridge. The location is really the star of this hotel. The staff were very helpful too.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in EVER!

Hands down the worst hotel I have stayed in in my life! I cannot understand people’s scores.
- zero air conditioning and in the hottest summer on record it was literally like a sauna. I would imagine freezing in the winter
- no public space to hang out
- the restaurant was incredibly expensive
- the rooms are TINY
- the rooms are 90’s dated
It would t qualify as a motorway motel
