Pros:

場所は駅からすぐ、かつ、旧市街の中で、とても便利です。部屋もスイス風の暖かいもので、リラックスできます。

Cons:

朝食はバウチャーでレストランで選択式です。最低限の注文はカバーできますが、パンと卵、ベーコン以外にカプチーノなどを頼むとバウチャーを超えてしまい、あまりカスタマーフレンドリーではないように思います。

If you need a restaurant don’t stay here
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Hotel was great. Restaurant was horrible. Served us rare quiche and said they were taking it off the bill, then charged us and took our vouchers to pay for raw, runny quiche. We found a wonderful place nearby for breakfast and sandwiches

Loved it and would definitely come back if we can
Pros:

We loved the room and beds were very comfortable ( pillows not so much but understand this is so hard to get right for everyone. Shower would have been 10/10 if an overhead rain shower. Otherwise fabulous! Breakfast amazing, coffee amazing thank you

Fantastischer Blick auf Kapellbrücke und Pilatus
Pros:

Einfach wunderbar, insbesondere der Balkon - der Gutschein fur 18,50 CHF kann wunderbar im guten Restaurant eingelöst werden. Ich habe mir davon ein leckeres Frühstück gegönnt. Der Gutschein ist 10 Tage lang gültig. Für mich eine super Lösung.

Tolles Hotel an bester Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist schön und sauber, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Das à la carte Frühstück hat für jeden Geschmack etwas und war sehr lecker.

Great location in the heart of Lucerne
Pros:

Great location right on the river, close to train station and bus station.
A lot of restaurants nearby.
Includes city guest card that covers transportation, and daily vouchers for the restaurant.
Room was perfect for my needs, enough storage and spacious.

Cons:

Bad noise cancellation- I could hear the room next to me talking full conversations, as well as the loud TV noise from their room :(
