Perfeito para famílias com crianças
Pros:

Hotel limpo, bonito, com ambiente muito verde entre jardins e patios com vegetação e pássaros. O buffet era irrepreensível. Em cima da praia, com bares e restaurantes perto, permitindo escolher entre animação ou tranquilidade. Perfeito para crianças com menos de 12 anos, pois o kidsclub era activo para essa faixa etária.

Cons:

Não gostei do facto de ter o ar condicionado tão gelado sempre. No buffet tinha de estar de casaco e no salão da animação noturna também, era absolutamente gelado. Não gostei que o kidsclub fizesse as actividades todos os dias na piscina dos adultos, entre músicas e gritos ficou difícil descansar e ler relaxadamente. Com miúdos, recomendo, sem crianças, como eu que fui com adolescentes, sentimos incómodo... Acrescento ainda que achei o colchão do sofa-cama muito desconfortável, a inclinar para o centro. Os das camas era ótimo.

Localização excelente! Acesso direto à praia. Bom pequeno almoço com sumos naturais e batidos feitos na hora. Muita animação para todas as idades.

Cons:

Refeições de almoço e jantar não incluem café em regime de pensão completa. As almofadas são muito desconfortáveis. Podiam variar o menu de almoço e jantar. Em uma semana os pratos eram repetidos. Estando em Espanha fiquei desiludida por não servirem a bela da paella ou arroz de marisco.

El trato del personal y en general todas las italaciones con las que cuenta el hotel y actividades de animación sobretodo acuagim. Y por supuesto el bufé que siempre tiene variedad y calidad.

Cons:

El colchón de las camas no era cómodo y no tener almohadas tipo almohadón para favorecer estar sentado en la cama sino unos cojines claramente de sillón no de cama. Las habitaciones muestran un claro desgaste y un poco absoletas0 deberían actualizarlas para ir con el precio y la categoría del hotel.

El.personal de cafetería, gimnasio...no muy amables. Los de cafetería discuten entre ellos a gritos

Los de limpieza te empujan a dejar libre y en verde la habitación para limpiarla, y se dejan cosas: olvidan un trapo, no ponen la toalla de pies d la ducha, no limpian vasos usados...
En las habitaciones falta el folleto de los servicios de masajes, horario de cafetería....del servicio de habitaciones , hay?
En recepción hay una persona que no sabe si la pista es de tenis o pádel, y da información errónea, d e forma que llegamos cargados de raquetas y era pádel. Pero tampoco en la descripción de la web del hotel explica que hay 2 pistas de pádel
Un hotel.como ese no puede cerrar a mediano día el gimnasio y jacuzzi
