Dom ljög om ac, var 1 grads skillnad på inne och utomhus. Hälften av hissarna fungerade inte och där av lång väntetid och fulla hissar. Maten var sådär

La struttura è molto curata, pulita, le camere sono giuste per due persone come ne lui caso, l’arredamento è bello moderno , la cucina buonissima oltre le mie aspettative essendo in un paese straniero che deve accontentare tutti i gusti è molto ben fornito addirittura il gelato sciolto nelle vaschette fai da te.. la piscina grande con una piccola vasca idromasaggio ma giusta ! Lettini comodi e spaziosi.. tutto perfetto

Cons:

Migliorerei il sistema di aria condizionata nelle camere ! Troppo debole ! Abbiamo sofferto il caldo e fatto presente alla struttura che prontamente è intervenuta ma non è cambiato molto! E la posizione.. per arrivare al mare non è semplice a piedi rispetto ad altri posti visitati! Però è ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici

Las instalaciones, la limpieza, todo bien. A pesar de estar lejos del centro tiene autobuses delante del hotel.

Cons:

Supongo que las habitaciones dobles están bien, pero yo estuve en una individual y aunque todo perfecto con balcón a la piscina y el aseo bien, me encontré con una ducha enana. Una persona con un poco de sobrepeso no cabe.

Pros:

We enjoyed the facilities, the pool area was just lovely and the staff was always very pleasant and helpful. The animation team was also a big plus. They were really amazing. We enjoyed the mini disco and the evening shows. We didn't get a chance to see the daytime activities as we were always out, but it seems like those were nice as well.
The food was tasty, of good variety and plentiful.
The bus stop for going into the city is right outside and the hotel also offers free transportation to both Marineland and Palmanova Beach which was a very nice surprise.
The rooms were cleaned every day.

Cons:

The rooms were just a bit on the smaller side but with a large balcony and a lovely view.

Breakfast was good, I think they could do a bit better in that area, but all in all it was ok. The dinner buffet was nice, every evening a different theme and lots to choose from but I just missed some in house made desserts that weren't 70% cream. All the different cups with so much heavy cream were really not what you need after dinner. The cakes and choux were the frozen kind so I really didn't enjoy those. They had fruits and ice cream too, but nothing beats some good homemade desserts.

And lastly, in our modern day, I feel the need to see more hotels switch to a smart TV so guests can watch their favorite shows instead of just the standard TV channels in a foreign language or just BBC news (we had a few evenings when we just wanted to relax in bed and watch something on the TV before going to sleep).

Pros:

Бассейн и шатл до моря

Cons:

Комната для одиночки похожа на тюремную камеру. Кровать стоит у стенки боком и если положить 2 подушки, то ноги мужчина среднего роста свисают.
Таких маленьких душевых я никогда не видел. 60*60 минус дверцы.
4 звёзды и надо платить за сейф в номере?
Кондиционер начал охлаждать только на 3й день.

Great stay
Pros:

The room was lovely, it was my birthday and it gave me frizzante.
Most of the staff are good , for solutions like the door card, and air conditioning.
I really enjoyed it.

Cons:

Some of the lift was always on maintenance. Many apartment rooms only have one lift to support it.
