L’établissement est magnifique et le personnel est vraiment incroyable !
Les animations pour les enfants sont top et même pour les grands !
Le snack bar était super bon.

Vraiment rien à redire juste si vous devez vous déplacer prenez le bus qui est rapide qui permet d’aller à la mer car c’est tout en hauteur

El personal, las instalaciones y el entorno

Cons:

Las bebidas tipo mojito, caipirinha que sirven en el kiosko de la piscina son un auténtico brebaje imbebible, yo lo dejé entero. Es una pena que maltraten a ese extraordinario cóctel, vendiendo una gargería preparada con polvitos , un auténtico timo.
No entiendo cómo se permiten semejante engaño en un hotel con instalaciones , entorno y personal excelentes. Deben cuidar esos detalles

Ja het was prima maar ik zou zelf niet gauw hier weer boeken.
Pros:

Ontbijt was prima en genoeg keus wel. Locatie was goed!! Personeel is top en behulpzaam.
Ik maakte ook alleen gebruik van het ontbijt en het slapen, geen eens in het zwembad geweest.

Cons:

De bedden! Vreselijk gewoon. Hotel is mega gehorig dus daardoor vaak wakker. Jammer want kom niet echt uitgerust terug. Helaas wel mieren in de badkamer en af en toe slaapkamer ook.
Paar keer de stroom uit, ook toen ik in de lift stond. Persoonlijke keus, maar doe mij maar gewoon weer een wat kleiner hotel met iets wat meer sfeer.

Un soggiorno indimenticabile a Palma
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso! Tutto il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile, nonostante le difficoltà linguistiche ci siamo sempre sentiti accolti e aiutati.

La colazione e la cena a buffet erano davvero ottime, con una grande varietà di scelta e un rapporto qualità-prezzo più che onesto per tutto ciò che veniva offerto. Molto piacevole anche l’animazione.

La pulizia della struttura era eccellente, sia nelle camere che nelle aree comuni. Inoltre, la posizione è comodissima grazie alla fermata dell’autobus a soli 3 minuti a piedi, perfetta per spostarsi facilmente.

L’hotel è dotato anche di palestra e minimarket, servizi che abbiamo apprezzato molto durante il soggiorno.

Non vedo l’ora di tornarci: sono riuscita a rilassarmi completamente e lasciare questo posto è stato davvero un dispiacere. Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio! ❤️🏝️☀️

Hotel mare, camera foarte curata, priveliste frumoasa

Cons:

Foarte mult zgomot noaptea si dimineata de la camerele vecine. Se aude tot din baia camerei vecine. Nu se poate dormi bine. Camerele single sunt foarte mici si nu sunt izolate fonic.
