Pros:

I had an amazing stay at this hotel — truly a 10/10 experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at home right away. One of my favorite perks was the free shuttle bus service, which made getting around so easy and enjoyable.

The rooms were classy, beautiful, and always kept spotless. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options at the buffet — I honestly loved everything.

There was also free entertainment every evening, which added a fun touch to the stay. The hotel is very child-friendly as well, offering great programs and activities for kids.

Overall, everything was exceptionally well organized and thoughtfully provided. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Agréable et très satisfaisant
Pros:

Très confortable, personnel très accueillant et professionnel. Les repas sont très variés et succulents. Tout près d’un arrêt de bus vers le centre, aucune difficulté pour les déplacements.

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, esperaba un mejor servicio.
Pros:

Me gustó que estaba cerca del centro de palma, todo me quedaba a solo 15 o 20 minutos del hotel.

Cons:

No me gustó:
4 ascensores y solo funcionaba 1
El restaurante ( todo los platos y vaso estaban súper sucios
Estaba en una habitación de una sola persona, yo mido 150cm y la dicha era de tamaño mínimo, no podía lavarme el cabello ya que los brazos no los podía levantar de lo pequeño que era la ducha.
