Pros:

Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la comida y su gerente Daniel supo solucionarlo y atender nuestras necesidades como buen profesional,todos los empleados te atienden muy amablemente,está bastante limpio y las camas son muy cómodas.

Cons:

Los ascensores a veces tardan más de la cuenta.

J’ai vécu des vacances dans une ambiance chaleureuse et sympathique 🙂
Pros:

L’accueil du personnel ! Vraiment très très bien. Ils sont très chaleureux et ils savent se montrer à l’écoute et ils savent être disponibles. Bravo et merci ! Les animations proposées sont sympathiques.

Cons:

L’heure de fermeture de la piscine.
Il manquait un peu d’animation pour les enfants.

No hay socorrista y no hay control en la piscina,puede entrar cualquiera de la calle,por la tarde mucha saturación.

Vacaciones en familia para repetir
Pros:

Ha sido nuestra primera vez en el hotel y estoy segura de que repetiremos,nos ha gustado absolutamente todo el desayuno muy completo botería ,fruta, embutidos,pan de varias clases para tostar ,las comidas y cenas no muy variadas pero todas buenísimas he de mencionar a Rubén camarero del restaurante quien estuvo en todo momento atento e incluso con nuestro peque al que se acercaba todos los días a decirle algo!!la limpieza de la habitación de 10!!

Cons:

La piscina infantil un poco sucia,por lo demás todo perfecto!!
