A lovely hotel but a poor nights sleep.
Pros:

Beautiful room and the hotel is in a great location for access to downtown.

Cons:

The room was extremely hot and the ac didn’t work. It was explained to us by staff in the morning, that they control the heating from reception (after a poor nights sleep.) That and the noise of people and rubbish collection on the street in the night spoilt our stay.

Очень классный отель с прекрасным месторасположением и обслуживанием
Pros:

Великолептный, чистыфй номер. Все очень хорошо организовано и все есть и даже больше. Уборка ежедневно, чай и кофе и вона. Ванные принадлежности. Удобные кровати. Есть сейф для хранения ценностей.
Завтрака изысканные, была и рыба и мясо. Фреш с маракуйи и апельсина, очень вкусный кофе. Приветливый и гостеприимный персонал. Мега довольны

Wonderful hotel everything was clean and well decorated, staff excellent. If you want a hotel in Averio book it, you won't be disappointed.

The best hotel we have stayed in, in Portugal.
