Quick stay
Pros:

Arrived at 5pm and left at 5am for a flight out of Knock. Therefore I can't comment on breakfast, however dinner was fine. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable with a great walk in shower.

All-night vigil at Knock Shrine
Pros:

The room was warm, luxurious and beautifully arranged. I was taking part in the all-night vigil at Knock Shrine 07-08 December 2025, and the hotel was in walking distance of the shrine. Very well located, I was free to come and go, throughout the night. There was a huge choice of food offered at breakfast in the morning, both hot and cold, in a self-service style, with all you can eat.

No, everything was just right. I have no complaints.

Excellent stay, we enjoyed our time so much that we stayed an extra night. Very welcoming staff.
Pros:

Excellent location for our visit to Knock. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Dinner was average, I ordered the goats cheese salad which had alot of very overcooked mushy vegetables. Soup however was delicious!

Ideal location, staff were very friendly, disappointed with my room due to error on hotels part.

Cons:

There was a mix up in my booking i had booked a double room with double bed but was put in a room with two singles and disability bathroom. When i queryed at reception they said they were full and couldnt change my room so gave me my lunch on the house. But i was very disappointed as had payed almost 200 euro for the room

Visit to Knock in Winter time
Pros:

Staff in resturant were very friendly, food was good, Rooms were quiet and clean, I would recommend it to family and friemds.

Cons:

Calm atmosphere. Very good stay over. I will return.

Would stay again if no works were being done and it was warmer days because hotel was freezing because they keep turning

Work was being done, I do understand that it needs to be done but we were not told and they were banging, drilling and sawing right about our rooms until gone 9pam. We were very tired after a day of travelling and visiting the shrine so been disturbed with all the drilling work directly above our rooms. I did try and call reception from my room to ask how long it would be going on but they never answered so I had to go upto reception and they didn’t apologise they just said they think it would be working until around 9pm. Also heating very hot and miss they put the radiators on for a short blast then turn it off and the rooms were freezing
