Pilgrims weekend
Pros:

Location is fantastic, esp for Pilgrims. Right beside Knock Shrine. Rooms very spacious, comfy beds, hairdryer, tea/coffee facilities. A la carte menu is ok and the food was too

Cons:

No plugs beside the beds. I requested an extension, which I got.There is no bar. People sit in the foyer and order a drink. No drinks menu or prices. Breakfast is mediocre. The usual Self service. However we heard the table beside us order porridge, poached eggs and fried eggs. This was on top of the self service but no one told us. We heard every conversation in the room next to us, toilet flush, hairdryer and shower!! Walls paper thin.

Pros:

So close to the shrine etc. hotel was cosy, room was clean and warm and food was excellent. Staff were friendly and attentive. They knew it was our wedding anniversary and presented us with a complimentary dessert - very kind of them.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

Service good but needs supervision by a manager on the ground to supervice those student workers who are very courteous but need guidance, prices a little steep i ordered parma ham on melon my god for 10€ Plus it was a disgrace, Over all we love the hotel
