Pros:

the room was immaculately clean, view was outstanding and location was perfect!

Cons:

one man on reception ignored us when we was trying to check out, we ended up just dumping bags behind counter. Literally just sat and ignored us making full eye contact ! women desk staff was outstanding and helpful.

I really liked the view—nothing more to add—and the cocktails at their bar were good too.

Cons:

The room was really dirty when we checked in. For some reason, the alarm went off throughout the hotel at 6 a.m.; my fiancé went to the front desk to ask what was happening, only to be told that "everything was perfectly fine." Naturally, we were terrified and confused—at 6 in the morning, everyone is asleep, yet we were jolted awake by blaring sirens. There were other guests at the front desk too—people who had come out of their rooms, indignant and demanding to know what the problem was and why no explanation was being given. It would have been a wonderful experience if the place had at least been clean, but as it stands, this is my honest impression.

Solo la vista al mar

Cons:

Había mucho ruido; la habitación no tenía minibar ni ducha completa, solo un rociador. Mi novio se quedó atrapado en el ascensor y, a la una de la mañana, empezó a caer agua del techo; el suelo de la habitación quedó totalmente mojado y tuvimos que pasar la noche sin aire acondicionado.

Pros:

El personal era atento y la ubicación no estaba mal. El desayuno aceptable

Cons:

Pagué casi 200€ por una habitación que valoro en 60€ max. Hacia calor en la habitación, la restauración era nula y aparcar cerca imposible. Un desastre de sitio, se ve abandonado y viejo. Se nota que tuvo tiempos mejores

Primero me hicieron 3 recargos de la habitación a la tarjeta, menos mal y me di cuenta, no tanto eso que me dicen que me hicieron una devolución inmediata y no fue asi pero buena ya al pasar la semana me cayó el dinero pero no era la idea ya que contaba con eso para paseos, el chico del bar no sabe ni que es un cafe con leche templado dice que el cafe templado es con hielo, el hotel no queda exactamente a orilla de playa hay que subir una cuesta bastante larga para llegar lo bueno es que desde el bar tiene buena terraza y buena vista, del resto el personal es amable el encargado apesar del error fue muy decente y educado y la habitación estaba muy limpia y cómoda

Los mejores Atardeceres de Benidorm mientras disfrutas de tu piscina.
Pros:

El hotel es bastante cómodo. No queda en la primera línea de la playa pero es relativamente cerca. Desde el área de la piscina tienes una vista espectacular. Los atardeceres son maravillosos. El personal es amable y atento. La habitación estaba limpia y el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. Lencería impecable, agua caliente. El hotel cuenta con servicio de taxi

El tv es pequeño para mí gusto. Preferiría un tv mucho más grande
