Also ich konnte nicht in Ruhe in den Betten schlafen weil es dreckig war es gab überall Haare also es hat mich angeekelt und meine Freundin hatte auf ihrer Decke einen Fleck einer toten Fliege. Die Mitarbeiter waren ansonsten Nett und wir konnten unsere Sachen da auch lassen vor dem Check In und auch nachdem Checkout.

Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble

Très bon accueil 24/24
L’hôtel est bien rénové, sur 4 étages et très propre dans l’ensemble.
L’équipe est arrangeante sur le Check out tardif.
Les horaires du petit déjeuner étaient larges et la salle agréable et spacieuse.
Le petit déjeuner était copieux, avec un large choix mais certaines viennoiseries et pâtisseries n’étaient pas du jour. D’autres au contraire étaient excellentes et fraîches.
Il n’est pas possible de déjeuner ou dîner à l’hôtel mais ils proposent un room service très complet.
L’hotel est plutôt bien situé pour visiter le quartier gothique et les plages (20/30 minutes à pied).

Cons:

Le quartier est parfois un peu déstabilisant.
Concernant la chambre triple, il s’agit en réalité d’une chambre double avec un lit une place d’appoint, collé à la fenêtre. Le linge de lit sur celui-ci était sale (grandes auréoles jaunes sur l’alaise).
L’insonorisation n’était pas optimale (nous entendions beaucoup la chambre voisine).
Quelques éléments nous ont également manqués : la brosse à toilettes, la télévision n’était pas fonctionnelle (sans que personne n’ai cherché à nous la réparer ou nous apporter une solution).

Nous avons payé 1200€ les 4 nuits début octobre avec petit déjeuner, ce que nous avons trouvé cher pour l’ensemble des prestations.
