The location, staff, restaurant, the room, all of it was terrific!
Really wish we could have stayed longer.
Loved the location and atmosphere. The hotel was really cute and the breakfast was delicious.
The guy at the front desk was nice enough but his persona came across as a little rude however other than the smallness of the showers and the hotness of the rooms (no AC) it was pretty nice! The windows do open but then you let in all the bugs and get bit so it’s your choice.
Room was great, bathroom and facilities were all solid. Breakfast was wonderful too. Staff are all really kind.
Mini fridge in the bedroom would have been great
We had a balcony with a great view of the mountains. We could see & hear the cow bells from our room. It was very nice to be able to open both the door & window for air flow. The beds were firm & comfortable. I was able to request an additional pillow. Check in was very easy & the staff were all very nice. Breakfast was VERY good, and the girl who was working the breakfast was so sweet. She brought us coffee and it was delicious.
The hotel is a little older & in some ways it shows. The extra blankets were very scratchy. It was a little hard to find an extra outlet, but we managed. The bathroom mirror was hung very high, which isn't a problem, unless you are short, like me.

Sauberkeit: Flecken auf Stühlen und Teppich. Dreckige Balkonmöbel. Zimmermöbel mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren.
Excellent hotel very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was very good plenty of choice and the staff were very attentive. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends. This was my third time staying at this hotel i absolutely love it.

We had a comfortable room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the snow capped mountains. The included breakfast was great and staff were always helpful and pleasant.
Conveniently located for shopping, eating and selecting transport.
Even a small size refrigerator in guest room appreciated.
