Had a great stay and enjoyed the bathtub a lot after eight hours hiking😁
Pros:

Good and quiet location. Bathtub and renovated bathroom. Nice view to meadow and mountains.

Cons:

Would be nice and comfortable to have a coffeemaker for breakfast with real milk and coffee. Serving of little portions in the morning is time-consuming for staff and clients.

Très bel hôtel à la bonne place
la vue depuis la fenêtre de la chambre exceptionnelle
Accueil parfait ainsi qu’au restaurant

Seul défaut
La position du lit de 2 personnes contre le mur compliqué pour se lever pour 1 des 2 cela s’explique par
la forme de la chambre et la taille du lit mais c’est gênant

Good location in Mürren for a short stay.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet offerings were extensive and good quality. The coffee was particularly good. The desk staff was very helpful when we needed to send a package.

Cons:

Our 3rd floor room was small, and the bed was under eaves so we couldn't sit up in bed. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim. I couldn't see well enough to put in my contact lenses.

Pros:

The service, staff, breakfast, cleanliness and the location are all excellent! Free pool access next door at the sports centre was a treat after a full day outdoors.

Cons:

The beds are a bit firm, though this is personal preference.
