Great stay!
Pros:

Stunning location, staff very friendly and helpful. Comfy beds.

Cons:

Bar and restaurant were not open, however, staff gave us some drinks and were very helpful so not a major issue.

Très joli séjour de 2 nuits. Le manager est aux petits soins et très agréable.

Otele bugün geldik. Otelde ısıtma sistemi çalışmıyor. Kalorifere dokunduğumuzda ısıtma belirtisi yok. Oda soğuk. Arayıp ısıtma sistemini çalıştırmalarını istediğimizde bugün ikinci günü olduğunu söyleyen personel sadece ekstra battaniye verebileceğini söylüyor. Saatin akşam 9 olduğunu ve patronunun gitmiş olduğunu iletiyor. Kapalı sezon olduğunu söylüyor. Booking.com üzerinden 4 saat önce aynı sorun ile alakalı mesajımızı ilettik. Dönüş alamadık. Resepsiyona indik. Kimse yoktu. En son 480 ile arama yaptık ve ulaşım sağlayabildik. Saatin 9 olması bizim sorunumuz olmamalı. Odalarda kahve kettle çay herhangi bir hizmet yok. Kahve makinesinin temizlendiğini ve kahve sağlayamayacaklarını iletiyorlar. Geceliği 220 frank için berbat bir deneyim. Gelmeyin. Madem kapalı sezon, bu eksik hizmetlerinizi booking.com üzerinden bize bildirebilirdiniz. “Heating” sağladığınızı iletiyorsunuz otelin açıklamasında. Ancak odalar çok çok soğuk. Neden sizin otelinizi tercih edelim ?!

Pros:

Das Hotel Jungfrau liegt zentral und ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss von der Zugstation BLM Mürren zu erreichen. Auch liegt die Station der Standseilbahn auf den Almendhubel nicht weit, so, dass man im Nu im Skigebiet ist.
Das Personal war stets freundlich und beantwortete meine Fragen geduldig.
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig: Frisches Brot, Gipfeli, Aufschnitt, eine schöne Auswahl an Käsen, (keine Scheibletten), Früchten, Müsliflocken und Joghurts. Es fehlte an nichts.
Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, ich habe mich gut erholt.
Gerne komme ich wieder!

Die Lage ist super und das Frühstück ok

Cons:

Das Hotel ist alt und die Fenster nicht mehr dicht. Im Badezimmer war alles voller kalk und es kam gelbliches Wasser aus der Dusche.
