Pros:

Das Hotel Jungfrau liegt zentral und ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss von der Zugstation BLM Mürren zu erreichen. Auch liegt die Station der Standseilbahn auf den Almendhubel nicht weit, so, dass man im Nu im Skigebiet ist.
Das Personal war stets freundlich und beantwortete meine Fragen geduldig.
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig: Frisches Brot, Gipfeli, Aufschnitt, eine schöne Auswahl an Käsen, (keine Scheibletten), Früchten, Müsliflocken und Joghurts. Es fehlte an nichts.
Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, ich habe mich gut erholt.
Gerne komme ich wieder!

Die Lage ist super und das Frühstück ok

Cons:

Das Hotel ist alt und die Fenster nicht mehr dicht. Im Badezimmer war alles voller kalk und es kam gelbliches Wasser aus der Dusche.

The hotel was a wonderful example of extreme " Swissyness".
Pros:

Location was excellent ! Mountain views from lounge and dining rooms was wonderful ! Loved the building layout.

Cons:

There was a Snow Grooming machine working long hours just outside my room . Hey, I get it that the hotel is located on the base of the ski run ( bonus) but for all the messing around by the groomer, he really didn't accomplish much. Maybe the operator was in training ? Don't give me no jive on what do I expect with being on a ski run, I GET it....

Pros:

Lage ist perfekt, Balkon nach Süden.

Cons:

Wasserkocher und Teebeutel fehlen, scheußliche Gardinen, die in einem Zimmer nicht einmal richtig fixiert waren. Nur zwei Weißbrote zum Frühstück, keine Brötchen oder dunkles Brot.
Das warme Wasser fiel aus, anderes Zimmer bekommen, was aber sinnlos war, weil alles ein System ist. Umzug war für mich nur mühsam. Kompensation in Geld nur auf Nachfrage und zäh.

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht. Das wunderschöne Wetter hat dazu beigetragen dass wir die Tage genossen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hauses hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und lecker.
Den lebendigen Betrieb am Nachmittag auf der Terrasse genossen wir.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wies verstaubte Kanten und Stellen auf.
Im Bad staute sich der Abfluss des Waschbeckens innert kurzer Zeit.
Der Tisch auf dem Balkon war unstabil und kippte bei der kleinsten Bewegung.
Ein kleiner Teil des Personals war sehr nett. Andere schienen eher uninteressiert. Dass wir als Gäste im Restaurant in Englisch kommunizieren sollen hat uns nicht gefallen.

Excellent location if you want to ski at Schilthorn. The funicular to Allmendhubel is very close.
The breakfast was great as well. The buffet has a wide range of choice.
Beds are comfy and not too warm

Die Lage an der Piste.

Cons:

Abgewohntes, unsauberes Hotel. Direkt im Eingang verwelken die Topfpflanzen. Erster Eindruck bestätigte sich. Badezimmer schmutzig. Polsterstühle sehr beschmutzt. Skiraum ist ein Abstellplatz für Müll.
