The staff (when they were around) was very friendly and helpful. I liked the mattress--my partner didn't. The room was clean and pretty good-sized. The property is within walking distance of the Cathedral and city center and the train/bus station in Murcia.
It was sometimes difficult to find the staff. We wanted to leave our luggage the morning we left while we went to get something to eat. There was no one at the front desk. We waited in the lobby for half an hour, but no one came, so we had to drag our luggage with us. Although there were two of us, when the room was cleaned, they only left one towel and one small container of body wash. The bed had one long pillow that spanned the width of the bed, and there was one regular-sized pillow in the closet. My partner ended up using the regular pillow and I used the long one with half of it hanging off the bed.
The staff were excellent and the breakfast was excellent too
Unfortunately, when we arrived in the room, we found a half consumed Spanish omelette and some type of eaten fish in the fridge. If it hadn't been for that, we would have given it 5 stars, as the rest of the stay was really good. We will gladly go back to this hotel.

Good location.
Single room very small.
The personal was very friendly and help us to to find what we needed.
Upon arrival we found that the entrance door was locked. We had to ask one of the hotel guests who was exiting the door to help us.

Minor issue with check in as they send you a link to an app which ended up in my junk mail.
However messaging the property directly resolved it and they were there to check me in.

Bit of a convoluted way to enter the hotel when you first arrive, including the need to download an app. I needed to translate their message in Spanish on my phone - but it all worked ok so I guess can’t really complain. Other people (dare I say “older people”) may struggle though
