Pros:

ruhige lage

Cons:

1.) öffnungszeiten des pools
2.) vorab check-in, sonst kommt man nicht ins hotel, macht nur ärger bei den gästen, und spart dem hotel einen angestellten!!
3.) der ablauf des check-in ist total unpersönlich
4.) nur ein aufzug vorhanden, am besten man geht zu fuss!

La proximité avec la plage

Cons:

Peu d’isolation au niveau des fenêtres et donc on entend les voisins sur leur terrasse.
Le lit était aussi un peu mou

Good choice, come here back the next time
Pros:

Il complesso si trova in 10 Min a piedi dalla spiaggia, in 5 dal supermercato e locali.
All'interno del cortile c'è la piscina con lettini, molto comodo se uno vuole riposare dopo la spiaggia.

L'appartamento è spazioso, con un grande balcone vista piscina. La camera da letto dispone un letto matrimoniale grandissimo, abbastanza comodo (ma il materasso per i miei gusti un po' troppo morbido), nella saletta c'è il divano, TV, tavolino + 2 sedie, angolo cucina con tutto necessario (filtri X caffè, té, spezie, oli - è da comprare ); c'è il piccolo bagno con doccia, tutto comodo.
Nella camera non c'è l'AC, ma nel periodo che abbiamo trascorso a giugno non era nemmeno necessaria.

Personnel très agréable et disponible à tout temps
Emplacement à proximité de tous ( magasins,bar,restaurant...)
Les nuits sont calmes
Disponibilité de machine à laver ainsi que sèche linge +produit lessive
Bon sèche cheveux à disposition
Literie très confortable

Il faudrait y ajouter un sèche linge pliable
Je trouve qu'au niveau cuisine ,il faudrait un assortiment de première nécessité comme papier cuisine, papier cellophane
Sel, poivre, huile d'olive, vinaigre,
Et biensur laisser la même chose lorsque l'on quitte l'appartement quelques accessoires en plus ne serait pas du luxe comme ciseaux..
Une plus grande casserole en plus
Pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner sur place 😊

Un petit rafraîchissement des murs nécessaires, mais je pense que c'est dans leur projet avenir puisque l'établissement était en rénovation

Pros:

L’appartement correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Il était bien équipé, propre et doté d’une literie confortable. Situé juste en face de la piscine, il nous permettait de surveiller les enfants depuis le balcon. Le personnel était serviable et accueillant. De plus, les principaux sites d’intérêt à proximité étaient accessibles à pied. C’est un excellent point de départ pour découvrir le sud de l’île.

Great and Welcoming!
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and accomodating in both english and spanish. Room was big and really clean. Not so busy, so i had the pool to myself on some days. Would definitely go back to this place!

Cons:

Was a bit confusing to locate but very minor as that would be simialr for other places around i imagine.

Clean, Bright, Central and Comfortable.
Pros:

I have stayed at Fayna three times now and would happily visit again in the future. My 4th floor apartment (442) was bright and airy, with a large, comfortable bed and all the usual facilities, including an additional beach towel for each guest. The air-con was a definite bonus (make sure you book a premium room if you want it) and my spacious balcony overlooked a quiet, un-busy pool area and a pleasant city view. What I really like about Fayna is its central location (5 minutes to the Yumbo and 5 minutes down the steps to the beach), coupled with its somehow genuinely quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I appreciate its clean white look and unpretentious but well cared for feel. It is also much better value than several similar places on the same street! To top it off, the staff are really lovely. They have been consistently welcoming, friendly and happy to help on each of my visits. Thank you.
