Cons:

Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes (3 Nächte) gab es kein warmes Wasser!!!
Leider hat man in diesem Hotel auch noch nichts von der Bedeutung des Wortes "Gast" gehört: kein Wort der Entschuldigung, kein Angebot dieses Manko irgendwie auszugleichen (nicht mal einen Kaffee gab es kostenlos), keine Kommunikation zum Thema Wasser/Sanitär überhaupt.
Ich weiss nicht mal ob das Hotel im Sinne eines Hotels geführt wird oder ob man da vielleicht nicht anderer Leute Geldmittel wäscht. Kein Beweis dafür, aber es ging auf Grund des Verhaltens des selbsternannten Direktors (wohl im Alter von Mitte 20) irgendwie durch den Kopf. Könnte erklären, warum an den Gästen (ich war nicht der Einzige, der keine Antwort bekam) gar nichts gelegen war.

Hotel odradzam!!! Po rezerwacji brak możliwości skontaktowania się!!! kasa pobrana chciałem zadzwonic pisałem zero odzewu że będę przed 24 mimo że do 24 pisało przy rezerwacji byłem 23,20 hotel zamknięty ciężko się dodzwonić po czym pan odebrał i stwierdził że jest już za puźno ale ktoś przyszedł otworzył. Stałem pół godziny pod drzwiami Rano śniadanie porażka jajecznica z mrożonki nawet nie podgrzana .na koniec parking 10eu dodatkowo a pisało prywatny parking zero informacji że trzeba dopłacić. 1 ostatni raz nigdy więcej

Breakfast was simple, but it was better than nothing. The TV always starts on the same specific channel and at a very high volume (and these settings cannot be changed), which will certainly please those sleeping in the adjacent room. There was a threat to charge for drinks brought into the room at the hotel's price (and it is written only in German). When leaving, I was asked to pay the Dresden city tax, although it was already paid by Booking.com in advance (as was the Berlin city tax a few nights before). And Booking.com is useless in this case as I paid it in cash even though I have a receipt from the hotel. So one point for the reception staff (I would like to give zero).
Although the location of the hotel itself is good and the connection to the city is good, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the behavior of the hotel reception staff. If you book well in advance, you can get a hotel closer to the city center or even in the city center for almost the same price.

Zum Übernachten (wenn man nicht lärmempfindlich ist) ok.
Pros:

Parkplatz hinter dem Haus.
Straßenbahn und S-Bahn gleich in der Nähe.

Cons:

Da hingen noch die Abstandsschilder von Corona und auch sonst schien hier seit dem kein Hausmeister mehr gewesen zu sein.
Meine Frau musste sich aus der Dusche mit verklemmter Duschtür nach lautstarkem Klopfen und Rufen retten lassen. Die Lüftung im Bad ging übrigens auch nicht. Dafür war die Lüftung der Fenster „besser“. Sie schlossen so schlecht, dass man dachte sie sind angekippt. Entsprechend auch die Geräuschdämmung zur Straße.
Das "Restaurant" hat seine besten Tage auch hinter sich. Das Frühstücksangebot sehr "übersichtlich".
Aber es gab einen Weihnachtsbaum, wenngleich auch ohne Schmuck und mehr Nadeln darunter als an den Zweigen.

Kurze Wege vom Parkplatz ins hotel. Das Frühstück war ganz gut. Zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum im Keller. Für eine Bar ok, aber Frühstück, nein.
