Good location and friendly staff
Pros:

The location was very good. Quiet but not too far from quite a few attractions. There were 11 of us staying at this hotel in 5 rooms and we found it comfortable. The staff were really nice - especially Carlos who was always so smiley and super helpful (especially huge help with our luggage) and also Clau was also very friendly and helpful. They also have lovely library and reception seating area which was great for us to wait and meet up. The only downside was I felt that they were a little stingy with the water, only complimentary on first day which I thought was odd if they charge the same for each night you stay. But this issue is very small compared to our over experience.

Amazing staff and good service
Pros:

Good position, is possible to reach the main tourist spots by walk and it's a very quiet area. Near the hotel there is a bar. The hotel is modern, very clean and big room.
A big thanks to the super staff! Nico, Carlos, Fatima and Clau were super welcoming and friendly, smiling and always ready to help and give me informations about Madrid areas and restaurant.

Excellent and affordable hotel

We enjoyed our stay so much at Petitpalace. It was a lovely, very clean hotel, the staff was so very kind and so helpful, the breakfast most outstanding

Great hotel
Pros:

Amazing hotel located near the park and major attractions. Very spacious and clean room , amazing breakfast and extremely helpful stuff.
I personally want to thank Alisson in the breakfast area who was tireless every morning , always helpful and always with a big smile. He is kind and amazing. As soon as he found out it was my kid’s birthday he surprised them with brownies and candles to celebrate . It made their day!!! A simple act of kindness that was very much appreciated by the whole family.
Nico in the reception area was great as well. He was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and bookings. And everybody else that worked there was absolutely fantastic .
Thank you for a great and memorable stay.

Excelente Hospedagem!
Pros:

Muito bem localizado, novo, confortável…. Tudo impecável. Atendimento extremamente cordial

Cons:

Estacionamento difícil… demorei para conseguir informação precisa…. No final, achei um estacionamento público caro (€45 a pernoite) uns 10 minutos caminhando.

Cons:

The booking.com has faulty description of room - it features coffee machine in all rooms while in reality it only in superior rooms. But personel was customer oriented and added coffee machine to my room to cover for mistake in room description

No repetiré a pesar de la ubicación y el buen trato
Pros:

La ubicación y el personal muy bien

Cons:

Toda la noche se disparaba la bomba de calor metiendo mucho ruido. Igualmente, entraba mucha claridad por debajo de la puerta de la luz del pasillo que también era intermitente.
No pude descansar bien por esos motivos

Location, location, location!
Pros:

A great hotel in an unbeatable location, with helpful and professional staff, a delicious breakfast, and very comfortable rooms. Definitely my new go-to in Madrid. Particularly enjoyed the convenient access to Madrid's beautiful Parque del Retiro.
