Very nice location in a very chic neighborhood, everything was clean, we were able to leave our luggage before check-in. Every stuff was awesome. The breakfast was very as you can expect, nothing special. But the breakfast staff were absolute top-notch, very nice people, friendly, good vide and always welcoming.

Cons:

Our toilet suddenly started to smell horrible, This occured after taking a shower, the smell was coming from the shower. We informed the staff and it was repaired after coming back to the hotel.

Otelin konumu harika. Tren istasyonuna, en merkezi yerlere, Prado müzesine, Retiro Parka yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlar çok ilgili, özellikle de Fatıma Hanım. Otelin genel temizliği güzel. Odalar yeterli sayılabilir Kahvaltısı çok iyi. Herşey için teşekkürler
