Pros:

The breakfast was quite good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The reception personnel were also kind and helpful. The bathroom was comfortable and large enough. The location of the hotel was very good.

Would definitely stay there again!

It was in a wonderf location, on a quiet street, but steps from El Retiro park, museums and a short walk from Gran Via and many neighborhoods.

Lo bueno fue la ubicación y el desayuno

Cons:

Nos deberían haber avisado que habían construcciones en el edifico de al lado al llegar. Se ponían a taladrar y martillar a las 9 AM. Las piezas con muy mala aislación porque además se escuchaba todo lo de las otras piezas y del pasillo. Huéspedes llegando en la madrugada etc. Le pedimos al personal del hotel si nos podían cambiar. Nos dijeron que si pero nunca lo gestionaron y se terminaron culpando entre ellos. Finalmente les dijimos que nos íbamos a otro hotel y nos podían reembolsar aunque fuera el 50% y no accedieron. Mala experiencia

Fancy hotel with friendly staff and fantastic breakfast!
Pros:

Air conditioning was heavily on a hot day. Nice comfy pillows. Fantastic breakfast!!! Close to the big Madrid Park! Good for kids!

Cons:

The two family rooms we had were quite different. 111 was much bigger than 112.
