Pros:

Night staff really good. Others weren’t helpful.

Cons:

Coffee machine broken, they didn’t repair. Didn’t change towels or sent coffee for the second day of stay

O hotel é muito bem localizado, ao lado do Parque do Retiro e da região dos Museus, com ótima conexão com a região central da cidade (possível ir ao centro caminhando) e também com o bairro de Salamanca (melhores lojas e restaurantes).
O diferencial é o aluguel de bicicletas no próprio hotel, sem custos, para andar no Parque do Retiro ou usar como transporte na cidade.
O café da manhã é realmente impressionante, com uma fartura de frutas, pães, sucos, diferentes tipos de café etc. Vale a pena a reserva do hotel com o café da manhã incluído, pela excelente qualidade.

9 en practicamente todo

Cons:

podría mejorar el aire acondicionado, en verano se calientan las habitaciones
estuvimos dos veces en este periodo de vacaciones, la segunda habitación tenia varios daños menores en sus muebles y la tv muy pequeña (epoca de wimbledon y mundial)

great value for money
Pros:

I went for a city break in July with my daughter. The hotel is in the city centre within walking distance to all major attractions. The bus the airport is 5 mins away and it costs 5 euros! the hotel itself is very basic but offers everything you need at the best standard. Staff is highly professional and helpful. I will come back.

Great hotel, amazing staff. Juan was extremely helpful and had solutions to a couple of minor issues. Hotel location is ideal, walking distance to all major sites. Don’t hesitate, this is the prefect hotel and location for your stay in Madrid!!!
