Schöner Aufenthalt mit Kleinigkeiten, die im Zimmer gefehlt haben.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig, die Lage zum Meer ist perfekt, den Swimmingpool nicht benutzt, da nur im Meer gebadet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat pünktlich E-Bikes reserviert.

Cons:

2 saubere Kaffeebecher, die nach Aufforderung gebracht worden sind, leider fehlten Kaffeepulver Tütchen, Teebeutel waren vorhanden.

Socken vom Gast vorher im Schrank , keine frischen Handtücher (trotz Schild an der Tür bzw Türgriff mit der Bitte darum )
Mehrfache Anfrage auf ein anderes Kopfkissen , leider tat sich nichts , sehr mangelhafter Service für ein Hotel dieser Größe
Der Kaffee war sehr gut , die Auswahl an Essen auch , ggf die Eier im Öl nicht ertränken (Omlett, Spiegelei)

Pros:

La ubicación es un 10 sobre 10, el desayuno era bastante bueno. El personal encantador.

Cons:

La gente reserva las hamacas con sus toallas por lo que es imposible conseguir un sitio. El café con leche del desayuno es horrible, gym algo anticuado.

Was wir bezahlt haben passt nicht zu dem was wir erhalten haben und sind sehr enttäuscht

Am Meer! Die Putzfrau war super nett. Servicepersonal war sehr nett

Cons:

Zimmer zu klein! Doppelbett bestellt zwei zusammen gestellte Betten bekommen die immer auseinander gerutscht sind. 1. Abend Abfluss verstopft und das Bad stand unter Wasser. Wurde aber sofort behoben! Eine Kakerlake im Zimmer gehabt. Hellhörig alles, permanent haben Türen geknallt. Tresor im Zimmer hat extra gekostet. Poolliegen waren schon vorm Frühstück alle mit Handtüchern reserviert das man fast nie eine Liege bekommen hat was wir mit bezahlt haben. Habe ein Video vom Balkon gemacht vom Pool-Liegen-Run der anderen Gäste, ohne Worte! Zu viele Gäste für zu wenige Liegen. Frühstücksbuffet warm immer gleich nur Schwein (isst nicht jeder) ! Geräuschkulisse beim Frühstück war schlimm. Wurde zu laut abgeräumt und eingedeckt. Klimpern der Teller und Besteck.
