A top stay
Pros:

First and foremost the staff were great. Led from the front by manager Joshua, who made the check in process really easy, showed me around the room and always said hello when I saw him. All the staff were very friendly and attentive throughout the stay. The hotel was in a perfect location for my needs, everywhere was spotlessly clean with my room being made immaculately each day. The room itself was well laid out with lots of amenities, heated flooring in the bathroom and an amazing shower. I’d stay here again without any hesitation.

Cons:

(Personal preference) the bed was a little firm for my liking, but I still slept well. (Being very very picky) the inside of the bathroom door was slightly scuffed

Everything was great but for having to ask the night manager to request the person above my room to stop walking insiste
Pros:

The location was perfect, the staff including Sam were wonderful. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The bed was foam, the pillows foam, the duvet foam. Not comfortable. There isn’t great insolation between rooms.

Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was excellent with great AC and breakfast offered a wide choice on the menu. The staff were also helpful after we had left because I needed to check if a necklace I had lost during the day had been found there. Sadly it wasn’t but they were very helpful

Pros:

The location is excellent, the breakfast is amazing and the rooms are very clean. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and I absolutely loved the breakfast. I would definitely recommend it.
