Ottima posizione, in un zona residenziale molto tranquilla vicinissima a Kensington Gardens e al Museo di Scienze naturali. Ben servita da metro e mezzi pubblici. Ottima colazione. Molto gentile e disponibile lo staff.

Cons:

Avevamo prenotato due camere Queen Deluxe. Ce ne hanno assegnato una molto ampia e spaziosa, mentre l'altra era molto più piccola e con spazi più ristretti.

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at The Queens Hotel—beautiful property with a great blend of comfort and elegance. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making the experience even more special. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend it for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

Sehr nettes Boutique Hotel in guter Gegend mit Luft nach oben
Pros:

Die Gegend ist sehr nett, viele schöne Häuser und nette Seitengassen, zur U-Bahn sind ca. 10min zu Füß. Zimmer sehen ansprechend aus, nettes Badezimmer. Das Personal ist auch immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

In der Übergangszeit waren die Zimmer sehr kühl und die Betten waren ein wenig zu hart. Der Night Manager hat sich aber um die Justierung der Heizung bemüht. Das Frühstück ist halt leider typisch Englisch und könnte schneller nachgelegt werden. Der Bereich um die Hotelbar wirkt nicht besonders einladend, aber die Getränke und Burger mit Pommes für die Kids waren gut. Zimmer hat auf Bildern größer ausgesehen.

Overpriced

It was modern with a nice finish to the rooms

Cons:

The noise and heat. Every 15mins there was the sound of the elevator or water boiler - it was impossible to block out. Staff continuously knock on doors during the day. It wasn’t possible to turn off the lights in the bathroom and even with the heated floor switched off, the bathroom was stifling.
