Pleasant, great location.
Pros:

Location great. Staff very helpful. Bar menu fine. Breakfasts wide ranging and good quality.

Cons:

Room was small, very little space around the beds. Needs a mirror on wall by bed for 2nd guest. Nowhere to put 2nd guest's case/bag. Needs a towel rail or two in bathroom. Expensively a small room like this.

Perfect location for a great short stay in London, museums on the doorstep.
Pros:

There was a good selection available for breakfast and the freshly squeezed orange juice every morning was amazing! All the staff were so welcoming and very helpful.

Cons:

Although the room was very comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. There was a large external extractor pipe directly outside which had a constant humming noise.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück in guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr schöne Umgebung, ca. 10 Minuten zur UBahn, Frühstück sehr gut, auch frisches Obst, gutes Bett, sauber, sehr ruhig

Cons:

Zimmer war im 5. Stock und Fenster hatte leider bis zur halben Höhe eine Balustrade und damit nur halbe Aussicht

* very friendly staff, very helpful concierge
* great breakfast with many healthy choices (fruit, vegetables, orange juice, joghurt...) and also typical English breakfast
