Would not recommend, big mistake
Cons:

The customer service was consistently unresponsive and dismissive, making even simple requests unnecessarily frustrating.
Staff showed little ownership of issues, and follow-up was either delayed or nonexistent.

Ich habe selten in Londoner Hotels so freundliches Personal wie im Queens Gate Hotel erlebt. Der Empfang an der Rezeption, sowie alle Concierge waren super herzlich, zuvorkommend und perfekte Gastgeber! Unser 3 Bett Zimmer im 3. Stock war wunderschön. Die Zimmergröße hat uns bei dem Preis wirklich überrascht, wunderschöne Einrichtung und perfekte Sauberkeit! Alle machen einen tollen Job im Queens Gate Hotel, sodass man sich einfach wohlfühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für Alles!

Great location with friendly staff and unreal comfort
Pros:

Location was unreal for exploring round Gloucester Road and South Ken. The property was clean and modern and super comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay better. Also it was really well priced and good value for money.

Pleasant overall.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of items. They had a la carte menu, if you didn't fancy the items of the buffet. The room had a nice view of the Queen's gate road. The concierge was amazing, really helpful and caring, and the reception and bar staff also were amazing.

Cons:

I didn't have any slippers in my room, and the sink in the shower room was a bit dirty behind the tap and had tooth paste marks on the tiles.

Great place brilliant staff. We will be back.
Pros:

Great location and fantastic staff. The place was clean and in general well maintained. Breakfast was excellent and again the staff could not do enough for us.

Cons:

We did have a problem with our shower which was a shame and we discovered it too late to change things.

Also the rooms were very hot but we were able to open the windows which was great so able to sort that problem.

Not very friendly receptionist

Its nice and cozy

Cons:

The recepcionist a woman east europe tall blue eyes very rude even though she knew I had items missing. I was changed of rooms which I can understand but when I changed of rooms, I forgot my shoes in one of the rooms and they were never seen again . Then also a trousers I left in a room and had to ask for them to be returned lol... anyways

Pros:

We booked the Queen's Gate because it's a few minutes walk from the royal Albert Hall and the tube station (Kensington) It was clean and staff pleasent, we had breakfast, lots of choice, coffee was very nice. We had a small double room on the 5th floor, perfectly adequate for 1 nights stay

Cons:

Pillows where hard and prefer kettle to coffee machine
