A memorable stay in a lovely hotel.
Pros:

From the doorman who met my cab through the front desk, cleaning, and food service staff, the Queens Gate staff make every effort to make their guests’ stays memorable. The facilities, from the lobby to the design choices in the room, the hotel is beautifully appointed.

The room was a bit small.

No instructions given about how to use coffee/tea machine, so unable to use. Lighting/heating control panels difficult to understand, No hooks to hang coat etc except to squeeze them into the wardrobe
