Great stay in South Kensington
Pros:

Wow! The price to quality ratio of this hotel is very high. It seems to have been recently furbished. Everything is brand new! Really comfortable bed, amazing shower and bathroom and the room is just the right size for two people (although I travelled alone so it was even better!). Really appreciated the small touches such as plenty of free bottles of water replenished everyday and the White Company toiletries. Location is perfect, just a few minutes away from great museums and restaurants.
The staff were very nice and helpful. For the first time in my life I arrived at a hotel at 8:30am and got to check in immediately. The lady at reception (unfortunately didn't get her name) went out of her way to find me a free room, which is very unusual. That gesture alone made my stay super special. Oleh the porter was always happy to help with a big smile. This hotel's hospitality is unmatched - I will definitely be back and have recommended it to all my friends and family.

Pros:

An excellent room with a shower rather than a bath,, perfect. East access to tube stations and super breakfast. Comfortable beds and friendly staff. 7 mins walk to Albert Hall.
