Excellent.
Pros:

Great location. Gorgeous room with sea view.
Decor was beautiful. Rooms are huge with huge beautiful bathroom with powerful walk in showers. Staff super friendly. Highly recommended staying here.

Vedendo il punteggio delle recensioni mi aspettavo un hotel un pó cosi, invece mi sono ricreduta!
Pros:

Letto King size comodissimo, 2 cuscini a testa veramente comodi! Ci hanno fatto l'upgrade della camera probabilmente perché in bassa stagione, bagno enorme idoneo ai disabili per presenza di doccia totalmente aperta, wc alto e lavabo basso. In questo caso poco comodo per noi perché molto basso e senza appoggi vicino per gli articoli da bagno. In camera macchinetta per te e caffè, 2 bottigliette piccole di acqua. Calorifero regolabile in stanza. Ristorante in hotel funzionante anche in bassa stagione perché fuori i locali aperti sono pochi. Ottima colazione varia ed ampia. Staff molto disponibile e simpatico. Stavano addirittura tinteggiando le pareti!

Cons:

Tipica moquette inglese che non ispira molta pulizia, però bagno pulito! Il ristorante potrebbe avere piu scelta, però tutto sommato il cibo era buono ed abbondante.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Balmacara and would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Plenty of variety for breakfast from continental to cooked. We ate in the hotel each night we were there and the food was delicious in fact my husband said the belly pork was the best he had ever eaten. Top marks to the chef! We were lucky to have ground floor room with patio doors which gave fantastic views of the loch. The staff were professional, so friendly and extremely helpful.

I can"t think of anything that we disliked.

Rooms were good size clean comfortable with great views of loch

Cons:

Some small issues when they refurbed bedside lights fitted to close to dado rail not secured showing the wires. The table mirror was only secured with 1 screw that wasn’t secured causing mirror to wobble.

Ab fab place
Pros:

I stayed here before, ie last year May, so got back. For the good reason. Super friendly staf. We arrived on Friday evening. Sole guests, but no problem at all to open restaurant for us. And food was good. We felt super welcome. So ... if you fancy a tour on Isle of Skye ... this is your ab fab place to stay. In less then 5 minutes you pass the bridge and you are on Skye. ... and ... being a motor cyclist myselves ... they are very welcome :)))) go there!

Loved every moment !
Pros:

All the staff were very welcoming , friendly , polite and helpful . The room was very spacious , comfortable and a lovely sea view as requested in booking however it was partially obscured by a works van parked right outside the patio doors so we would not have been able to sit out on the patio to appreciate the view fully .
The food both in the evening and breakfast was very good and large portions . We enjoyed our time very much and will be back I’m sure.
