Un hotel cómodo, muy bien situado y el personal muy amable.
La cena y el desayuno superaron mis expectativas. Todo estaba muy bueno y lo recomiendo. Tiene dos piscinas muy bien y la playa muy cerca caminando por un pueblo muy bonito. Repetiremos tanto el hotel como el pueblo.
El no poder estar más días alojados en el hotel y pasear por el pueblo de Tossa.

I good location, food is good.
The room was not clean, especially the toilet, snd door od toilet. It was reported several times that the shower cabin was leaking water and that the part of the bathroom was wet, but no one responded.

Nous avons eu la désagréable impression que l’on nous faisait croire à un surclassement, alors que la chambre attribuée donnait simplement sur le balcon d’un particulier, ce qui est loin d’être un avantage.
La chambre était très décevante : le coffre-fort était hors service, le mobilier était particulièrement vieillot et l’ensemble donnait davantage l’impression d’un dortoir que d’une chambre d’hôtel.
Au vu de la prestation, cet établissement ne mérite clairement pas ses 4 étoiles. Les équipements et le confort sont très en dessous des standards attendus pour cette catégorie. Une expérience décevante que nous ne renouvellerons pas.

Very nice hotel, within walking distance of centre. Quiet area, although there was a Fairground across the street, when we stayed, but didn't go on too late, so didn't really disturb us. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable, with a great shower and comfy beds. Rooms, pool area and all communal areas were spotless. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. Always space around the pool and nice adults only rooftop area with small pool for if it was too noisy around main pool. Just one thing I would say is that the air con wasn't very powerful and it was very hot when we visited.
Staff were exceptional. Very helpful and informative.

В первый день не закрывалась входная дверь в номер, вызывали мастера. В номере плохо работал холодильник, почти не охлаждал. Не понравился наш балкон ( в номере с видом на бассейн на первом этаже в углу ) - никакой приватности. Вода в джакузи на крыше была холодная ( в июне ). Завтраки стандартные, ничего особенного. Гигиена оставляет желать лучшего: мы были неприятно поражены , из каких грязных яиц готовят яичницу:(
Our fifth visit to this hotel - great staff, good customer care, excellent food, clean, well organised. The short walk to the centre is enough to give us a bit of exercise but easily done. We really enjoy our stays here and plan to be there again next year!
